Coastal Craftsman Home Away From Home in Cardiff by the Sea

Welcome to our home in coastal Cardiff by the Sea. We are experienced Hosts & are renting out our own personal home this time-so we have it all-hot tub, fire pit, fully stocked kitchen etc. We completely designed and remodeled the home just a few years ago, so everything is new, professionally done & totally stocked for all of your needs. We are located just minutes to the beach, downtown 101 Cardiff/Encinitas & easy highway access to get to Legoland, downtown, wherever you need to go.

We are real estate agents and do short and long term rentals. This is our primary home, so it is fully stocked like you'd expect a home to be. We will clear out closets and bathroom spaces for your things, but you will find some personal effects still in the house

ABOUT THE HOUSE: Built in 2020, this fully furnished custom home was professionally designed for California living. 12 feet of foldaway doors are the centerpiece of indoor/outdoor life, allowing entertaining to be simple, whether it's hosting your friends, or just your own family. The 9' kitchen island is the heart of the main floor that is open to almost the entire 1st floor. Custom oak cabinetry, commercial grade appliances, quartz countertops and indoor/outdoor bar will make you want to explore your culinary talents. The living room has a remote controlled gas fireplace and Frame TV and additional downstairs room could be used as a home office or playroom with full attached bath. There is an additional half bath powder room for guests.

Upstairs has an open den with huge sectional couch, a 65" TV and surround sound with subwoofer and patio doors that open to the 2nd floor deck, perfect for at home movie nights or just watching sunsets. There are 2 bedrooms that share a jack and Jill bath, with private commode, and separate sinks. One bedroom has a twin over full bunk and the other a queen bed. The primary suite has sliding doors to the deck, ocean views, and is complete with a king sized bed, custom walk-in closet and spa-like bath with large glass shower, soaking tub and dual sinks. There is also an upstairs laundry that completes the 2nd floor to minimize carrying laundry downstairs.

The 2-car garage stores 2 electric bikes and all the beach toys you need-surfboard, boogie boards, chairs, sand toys etc. and the whole home audio system that powers speaker zones in the back yard, front yard, living room, playroom, upstairs den, master bedroom and bath. Outside is low maintenance with turf front and backyards and citrus and olive trees. The backyard has a trampoline, hot tub, gas fireplace and built in BBQ and outdoor fridge.

The home is available for a 3-3.5 month period and prices and terms are negotiable. June/July will be more expensive monthly than April/May. We would prefer the full term, but 30+ day terms are possible.
