A unique breathtaking seaview house
It was built in 1880 with stone and wood, and it is located at the highest point of the traditional village of koumeika and was renovated in 2010. It has a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and of the village from its two balconies and small garden, which is full of flowers. The space is warm, welcoming and quiet with an incrediblel view. The house has a wonderful garden/patio with flowers and deciduous trees and is located 6 minutes away from the kaladakia and balos beach with car.

...thanks for your review but that house in Airbnb has 36 review and 4,92/ 5 rates , in booking .com 10/10 rates as you can see, so the photos and all the info of this house is absolutely real.
All the windows has screens, but in the balcony some nights can meet moscitos, that is usual in all the Greek Islands.
Also the house has hot water all the times if you on the electric boiler,...

Koumeika und das Meer...
Das Haus war wie beschrieben, wir hatten als Paar ausreichend Platz, für mehr Leute ist es m.E. nicht geeignet. Mini Küche mit kleinem Herd und Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach (passt die Flasche Ouzo gut hinein!). Klimaanlage oben, wirkt aber auch die Wendeltreppe hinunter ins Schlafzimmer hinein. Unten auch Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine. Wäsche wird draußen auf der Terrasse auf dem Klappständer getrocknet, ist nach 1 Stunde trocken, Wäscheklammern sind vorhanden. Ebenfalls ausreichend vorhanden sind Handtücher und Bettlaken.Schöne Terrasse mit Blick über das Dorf bis zum Meer, leider keine Sonnen- und Windmarkise, es ist tagsüber recht heiß und bisweilen windig bis stürmisch! Kontakt zum Vermieter "Stamatis" nur online, persönliches Treffen war auch nicht nötig. Samos ist toll, wir kommen wieder!! Absolute Restaurantempfehlung: SAMA, direkt am wunderschönen Dorfplatz und vom Ferienhaus fußläufig bergab in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Dienstags und Samstags griechische Live-Musik, dann möglichst vorher Tisch reservieren!

Urlaub in einem griechischen Dorf
Das kleine Haus liegt hoch über Koumeika mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Agäis. Wir wollten eine Unterkunft abseits der Touristenströme und haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen. Am Ort gibt es eine Grundversorgung mit allem Nötigen (Lebensmittel, Bäcker, Kafenion, Taverne ;-) ), den Rest kann man im Nachbardorf (5 km) kaufen.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter erfolgte über Fewo-direkt, wir haben von Stamatis sehr viele schöne Tipps bekommen. Probleme (wir brauchten einen neuen Terrassenstuhl) wurden umgehend beseitigt.
Man kann von Koumeika zum Strand gehen (hübscher Weg durch Olivenhaine), es dauert hinunter ca. 30 und hinauf (160 Höhenmeter) ca. 40 Minuten. Aber man hat ja Zeit und es ist Urlaub. Weitere Strände sind mit Auto (oder Motoroller) gut zu erreichen, man findet eigentlich immer überall einen Parkplatz.
Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und werden gerne wiederkommen!

Fijn huis!
Prachtig uitzicht over het dorp en op de Middellandse Zee. Bij aankomst stonden er rozen uit de tuin op tafel en lagen verse rozenblaadjes op t bed.
Het huis is klein maar voldoet. Zeker als je zoals wij veelal buitenhuis bent en eet in restaurantjes in de omgeving (lekker en betaalbaar)
In t dorp een bakker met heerlijk brood. Verder is er weinig te koop of te doen in het dorpje. De stranden en de omgeving zijn aantrekkelijk.
De verhuurder hield via email prettig contact en gaf bruikbare tips .
We hebben ons erg thuis gevoeld in onze vakantieweek.
