About this property

Warm your face in the sun, or take a dip in the sparkling waters of the private swimming pool. With an outdoor kitchen, barbeque and hammock, guests can enjoy the glorious warmth from sunrise to sunset. Relax in the fully equipped alfresco pool house, or take in the open green views from the comfort of your very own balcony.

The property offers plenty of sun loungers, diving board and poolside shade. Relax whilst the children play on the flying fox, trampoline or play table tennis or basketball.

Indoors, guests will have full use of the home with Wi-Fi and English satellite TV. Charming decoration throughout and fully equipped kitchen and sunny outdoor dining terrace which means the whole party can come together in the evening for a real Mediterranean feast!

Lovely large open plan kitchen, living and dining room which opens up on both sides through French doors to a terrace in full sun (with a roof shade) at the front, or if you prefer there is a more shaded terrace at the back.

Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and laundry and a further 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 with bath) upstairs. The bedding layout is 1 queen bed and 2 single beds downstairs and 1 king and 1 queen bed upstairs; ideal for 2 families sharing. All bedrooms have reverse cycle air-conditioning.

In addition, the independent and air-conditioned guest house (studio) with its own kitchen, bathroom and private terrace can sleep 2 people comfortably on a double sofa bed.

The village of Roquefort Les Pins has a number of different restaurants; Thai, Japanese, Italian and French, with the closest only 300mtr walk from the house! There are also wine bars, coffee shops, bakeries, health food shop, large supermarket, fresh fruit market, butchers and more.

Perfectly situated 15minutes from the beaches of Cagnes Sur Mer and Villeneuve Loubet. Only moments to nature walks and points of interest such as Valbonne, St Paul de Vence, Grasse and Gourdon. Monaco is a 1 hour drive, Cannes 40 minutes and only 25 mintues to Nice airport. A perfectly central location to explore all that the Cote d'Azur has to offer.

Beautiful Property!

This is an absolutely beautiful property with plenty of space and a great pool. The home itself is very comfortable. Be aware that the A/C is only in the bedrooms and the location requires a car. If you want a peaceful vacation in a beautiful location, you won’t be disappointed!

This villa was great. Beautiful spot, well stocked for cooking, comfortable beds, AC in bedrooms. We are hoping to rebook for next summer! Could not recommend more highly.

Great property

Very comfortable property, bedrooms weren’t quite as advertised but we managed to overcome it. The owner was super helpful with advice for the area, garden had plenty for the kids to do including the very friendly cat. We will be back!

Fab trip to Nice Area

Great property, located close to the airport and easy access to all the key places to visit in the South of France. Property has everything for all ages, with lots to do to entertain the family, with a great pool and pool area, that provides a kitchen for those snacks and most importantly cold drinks.

Resort style pool area with new pool house. Set in a calm and tranquil spot, you can relax the day away in full south facing sun with all the amenities at your fingertips.

There is a popular bar/restaurant, bakery/traiteur, pharmacy, news agency and clothes shop only 2min walk from the house.

What makes this property unique

Excellent views from the terrace and open plan living that spills out from the kitchen and living room to the dining terrace which overlooks the wonderful pool area. The pool house is absolutely charming, and is a space where you can spend the whole day. Flat land and spaces for children to run and play whilst adults relax and enjoy.
