Amazing house

We were very happy with the house and especially the pool and terasse. The house has an amazing view. The landlords were very very helpfull and quick to anwser any questions.

Lovely view, amazing atmosphere

Our host (owners of the house) were very friendly. The property is located at the hill side with an amazing view to the surroundings and the Mediterrian sea in the distance. To get to the house, be prepared and follow the owners' description, otherwise your GPS will trick you and lead to unbelievable routes. Grasse is in a 5 minutes drive, which is a hidden gem. Also do not miss Gourdon. Taking the train from Grasse to Cote d' Azure is a nice and relaxing choice. Thanks for everything!

BE CAREFUL

Owner tried charging full deposit without reason/proof. Cameras in house AND bedrooms !! Very nice cottage, with beautiful views. Unfortunately, also a very dishonest owner who tries to deprive his guests of the full deposit without meeting them even 1 time. Damage that was already there, he tries to get his guests to fix it. He also placed cameras inside the property to keep an eye on the tenants. A very malicious action by a person who does not deserve to earn even one euro more from his holiday home. Zeer mooi huisje, met prachtig uitzicht. Jammer genoeg ook een zeer oneerlijke eigenaar die zijn gasten de volledige waarborg probeert te ontnemen zonder hun zelfs één keer te ontmoeten. Schade die er reeds was, probeert hij door zijn gasten te laten repareren. Daarnaast plaatste hij ook camera’s in de woning om zo de huurders in het oog te kunnen houden. Een zeer malafide actie door een persoon die het niet verdient nog maar een euro meer te verdienen aan zijn vakantiehuis. Très beau cottage, avec une vue magnifique. Malheureusement aussi un propriétaire très malhonnête qui essaie de priver ses hôtes de la totalité de la caution sans même les rencontrer une seule fois. Des dégâts qui étaient déjà là, il essaie de les faire réparer par ses hôtes. Il a également placé des caméras dans la propriété pour surveiller les locataires. Une action très malhonnête de la part d'une personne qui ne mérite pas de gagner ne serait-ce qu'un euro de plus avec sa maison de vacances.

Vincent nous a contacté en nous demandant de faire confiance à sa jeunesse. Nous avons retrouvé la maison extrêmement sale, des dégâts causés comme l’arrachement du mur de tringles à rideaux, un lit cassé, des bouts de verres et des bouteilles vides éparpillées un peu partout. Les voisins ont déposés une plainte auprès des services de police pour tapage diurne et nocturne. En presque 10 ans de location, nous n’avons jamais eu à nous plaindre d’un locataire, néanmoins Vincent est à éviter !!! Vincent contacted us, asking us to trust his youth. We found the house extremely dirty, with damage such as curtain rails ripped out of the wall, a broken bed, bits of glass and empty bottles strewn everywhere. The neighbors have filed a complaint with the police for daytime and night-time disturbances. In almost 10 years of renting, we've never had a complaint about a tenant, but Vincent should be avoided!

Très belle semaine en famille

Très belle maison perchée dans les hauteurs de Grasse avec une vue à couper le souffle ! Piscine chauffée et jacuzzi. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment en famille pendant cette semaine. Merci à Caroline et Laura qui ont été très réactives, sympathiques et professionnelles. NB : le jacuzzi ne chauffait pas (30/31 max) mais le problème sera résolu pour les prochains. À bientôt et encore merci ! 👋

Glückliche Familienferien in Südfrankreich!

Das Haus, die Terasse, der Pool alles hat unsere Erwartungen getroffen, wenn nicht übertroffen. Eine herrliche Aussicht geräumige gut ausgestattete Zimmer, vor allen Dingen bequeme Betten und alles was man in einem Urlaub mit einer großen Familie braucht. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend und haben uns Bestens betreut. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen! Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße nach Frankreich!

Super schönes Ferienhaus in der Nähe von Grasse

Wir haben Anfang Juli 2019 zwei Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbringen dürfen. Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind sensationell, in jedem Zimmer große Fernseher (diese haben wir allerdings nicht benutzt). Besonders der Pool (sauber und angenehm warm) und die Aussicht, bei Tag und Nacht einfach sensationell. Es gibt 3 klimatisierte Schlafzimmer und 1 SZ ohne Klimaanlage, sowie 2 Bäder. Diese Aufteilung war für uns perfekt! Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns bei Ankunft begrüßt und informiert, auch zweischendurch war er erreichbar bei Fragen. Alles lief problemlos. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit verbracht und viel erlebt, Ausflüge nach Cannes, Nizza und Antibes sowie ins Landesinnere. Was zu beachten ist: Alles ist mit einer gewissen Fahrzeit verbunden, z.B. nach Cannes / Strand etwa 45 min. Fahreit für 25km. Zum Bäcker ebenfalls ca. 8 min. zu fahren. Grasse ist in der Nähe, hier gibt es auch viel zu sehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Un rêve dans un rêve

Christian et Amandine sont de loin les --meilleurs hôtes-- que vous puissiez avoir sur terre. Disponibles, humains et adorables. La villa sous toutes les coutures est une merveille. La vue est à couper le souffle, et change chaque jour, c'est tout simplement magnifique. Tout est de qualité, commençant par les hôtes qui ont été d'une gentillesse sans nom. La literie est incroyable, tout est la pour vous... et la piscine avec ses couleurs changeante et chauffée est un plaisir constant à tout âge et sécurisé. Allez y les yeux fermés. Le salon est tout est équipé, le sens du détails est juste immaculé! Les mots sont faibles pour vous expliquez à quel point cet endroit est magique. Merci à vous deux de nous avoir accueilli comme de la famille, avec la disponibilité et toute la gentillesse qui vous incarne. Je n'ai qu'une chose à ajouté: "allez-y" Claire & Owain xxxxxxxxxx

A beautiful house and place

It is a very beautiful house - and specially the view was fantastic - both day and night. There is all what you need. The pool is also very good. The house is very nice, homely and clean. We really enjoyed the week en this house. And Christian was very nice and kind to us. We would really like to visit this place again!

Un havre de paix avec une vue époustouflante.

Quelle vue magnifique. L'impression d'embrasser la toute Riviera tout en étant dans un havre de paix. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette grande maison tout orientée vers l'extérieur. Avant d'arriver, nous étions un peu inquiets sur les dimensions du terrain. Même s'il n'est pas immense, nous avons vraiment pu profiter de la piscine, du salon extérieur, des terrasses et du trempoline. Mais surtout, quel bonheur de simplement admirer le paysage, ou plutôt les paysages qui varient tout au long de la journée au fil des variations de luminosité. La proximité de Grasse, Mougins et Cannes permet également de disposer de tout ce qu'on peut souhaiter dans un rayon de proximité. Un excellent séjour et de très beaux souvenirs.
