Ausstattung und Lage superschön

Tolles Haus, ruhig gelegen, sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schöner Garten, hoher Freizeitwert. Alles wie beschrieben.Einziger Kritikpunkt: Schränke, Geschirr und Tische teilweise nicht sauber. Therry hat sich entschuldigt, dass das Haus nicht so gut gereinigt war. Die Reinigungsfirma war nur eine Vertretung.

Große Villa für 10 Personen in der Nähe von Grasse

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Teenagern in dieser Villa in der Nähe von Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne. Das Haus hat 5 sehr großzügige Schlafzimmer, alle mit eigenem großen Bad/WC und TV und sehr großen Kleiderschränken. Das Wohnzimmer mit mehreren Zugängen zur Terrasse hat eine bequeme Sitzgruppe sowie einen großen Esstisch für 10 Personen der sich auch hervorragend für abendliche Gesellschaftsspiele eignet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Herd/Backofen/Mikrowelle, riesigem Kühl-/Gefrierschrank und ausreichend Geschirr sowie einem kleinen Tisch. Für Vorräte steht ein großer Schrank zur Verfügung.Im Außenbereich gibt es einen Gasgrill. Zum Spielen stehen auf der Terrasse eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Billardtisch, unterhalb des Swimmmingpools ist die Petanquebahn.Das Haus und die Außenanlagen sind sehr sauber und gut gepflegt.Zum Einkaufen gibt es in Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne (ca 4km) einen Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt, für größere Einkäufe ist in Peymeinade (ca 15 min Fahrt) ein Intermarché.Wir waren im April 2025 in diesem Haus und haben es als Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge in die "Hotspots" genutzt (Grasse ca 20 min, Cannes 45 min, Nizza und Antibes eine gute Stunde, Monaco ca 90 min)

Sehr schöne Villa in super Lage

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub! Die Gegend ist sehr geeignet um z.B. wie wir mit Motorrädern diverse Runden zu drehen. Die Villa war sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage. Innerhalb von 10 min. mit dem Auto findet man mehrere Geschäfte zum Einkaufen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Perfect for St. Cezaire

If you have family and friends in this area, this house it perfect. It is spacious, each bedroom has its own (large) bathroom, and it has a well equipped kitchen, plus laundry. The only thing that you will need to provide is simple cleaning items, like paper towels, laundry pods, Clorox wipes, etc. The grounds are large enough to send the kids outside to run around and explore (fully fenced in), and there is a playground area, plus ping pong and pool table. The ONLY thing is the bedding is 'simple', therefore if you need a large duvet and fluffy pillow, you may need to bring your own. Also, would like to mention the owners were extremely friendly, responsive, and only next door.

Moderne en prachtige villa voor rustzoekers

Zodra de poort opent, waan je je in alle rust. De villa is modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik voelde me direct thuis. Iedere kamer beschikt over een enorme kastruimte. Het zwembad is niet heel diep, wat voor gezinnen met kleinere kinderen erg prettig kan zijn. Er is een pooltafel, en een tafeltennistafel. Op ongeveer 10 minuutjes rijden, vind je een grote supermarkt. Er zijn veel prima restaurants in de omgeving. Wanneer je op zoek bent naar een plek waar je de drukte kunt opzoeken van de populaire badplaatsen, maar er niet 24/7 tussen wilt zitten, is dit dé ideale plek.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons eu un excellent séjour. La maison était belle et très spacieuse même pour 10 personnes. La vue était magnifique et la présence de jeux (table de ping pong, boules, billards) a été très apprécié. Le propriétaire, très sympathique, est très disponible pour répondre a tous vos questions.

Encore un grand merci à Thierry pour sa gentillesse, son accueil chaleureux et pour ses déplacements lorsque nous en avons eu besoin. Nous étions une bande de 10 amis de 24 ans et tout s’est super bien passé ! en plein cœur d’une forêt , la vue est magnifique avec de très beaux coucher de soleil! la maison est spacieuse, propre, vous avez tout à disposition, avec une sdb dans chaque chambre, ce qui est un gros +. a 10min de grasse et des commerces de proximité! et 40 min de Cannes et Nice! pleins d’activités dans les alentours. je recommande ++

Super Holiday with teenagers

We had a very nice one week in this house. The kids enjoyed the pool, the billiard and the table tennis a lot. Nobody was ever bored. The house is very big, modern and clean. You have everything you need. We were 2 adults and 5 kids and had more than enough place. The owners are very nice and helpful. The check in and the check out was quick and if you have any question they are always available. I can only recommend it!
