A spacious open and airy home walking distance to the charming historic village of Biot. The house has a private pool with easy to access steps and a safety cover making it perfect for young families. The house is 170m2 with a garden of 1600m2. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. 2 double and one with bunk beds and a large cot. There is an en suite bathroom as well as a family bathroom and a separate toilet. Downstairs there are 2 further double rooms and separate toilet. There is airconditioning in the main living areas downstairs.

Why they chose this property
This is a fantastic house for any family holidays. The house can easily house 2 families or one larger family. The pool is particularly suitable for children or older guest as the steps are very shallow. There is also a safety cover. Once the pool is closed the pool is completely safe. Even if a child walks on it they will just get wet feet.
What makes this property unique
The property is close to everything but equally you could spend a couple of weeks and not leave the village. There is always live music and markets in the village to keep you entertained. Equally you are close to the beaches and the theme parks and water park.
