The Studio is situated at a quiet area in the village of Pefkos.The studio is on the ground floor which is suitable for a couple and there is also a sofa bed for a third person.It is set in a beautiful garden of plants and flowers.The property is surrounded by a huge garden of fig trees,vineyards,orange trees,pine trees.The studio has its own barbecue in the patio.The studio is fully equipped with a bedroom a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room.There is a private wi fi and television catering to all nationalities.The bedroom has also a dvd player,a hairdryer,a safety deposit box,an iron/ironing board.The kitchen has refrigerator,a micro wave,a coffee maker,a blender,a toaster,a kettle,an oven,a hob,dishes and utensils.The cleaning service is twice a week.The air conditioning is free of charge.A stunning property with the perfect location.The beach is situated a 5 minute stroll away from accommodation and 5 minutes from the shopping centre of Pefkos.The property has two gates the one is leading to Lee Beach and the other to a smaller beach(Saint Thomas beach and Plakia beach) and for those who prefer a swimming pool the facilities of Colisseum hotel are free to use.A holiday experience for those seeking a relaxing holiday you will never forget.

Very well maintained flat in pleasant surroundings

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Villa Irini. The flat is well equipped and maintained at a very high standard, which includes cleaning and fresh towels three times a week. Irini was very friendly and helpful. For swimming, there is a choice between a free hotel pool at some 200 meters walking distance, a fairly quiet, smaller beach with a mixture of sand and rock at some 350 meters, and the long sandy main beach of Pefkoi at some 400 meters. Many shops, bars and restaurants can be found nearby.
