This beautiful home is a definite 10! So clean, cozy, spacious, comfortable, and close to downtown and all the action. Great parking, too! Linda is the ultimate host -- so kind and quick with responses to any questions we had – – which were a few, as the place was in perfect condition. Linda even left us a delicious coffee cake to enjoy during our stay. This Fred home is a keeper, and we will be back! Thanks so much, Linda!

This place is PERFECT!! There was 12 women and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Every room was spacious and cozy!! We all loved it!! Front porch was perfect for rocking and drinking coffee!!We walked to main street and back several times a day. Was great to not have to get out and find parking place on main. Linda left us a delicious cake!! Didn’t get to meet Linda but texted back and forth before our trip and I knew if I needed anything while there she would respond. Can’t say enough good about the property and Linda!! Very very happy with our weekend trip!!

We had five couples doing a weekend in Fredericksburg and could not have found a better property to stay in. Linda was extremely communicative and the accommodations were above and beyond. We are bookmarking this trip for future stays.

Property was the perfect place for our family to celebrate my neices' 50th Birthday party. I loved that their were so many bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of room for everyone to hang out. It was also very centrally located to everything downtown so you could walk if you wanted to. Everything was very clean and in order when we arrived. Would definitely recommend if you need a place for a large group.

Amazing house - we were a party of 10 adults and it was perfect. Plenty of dining and sitting space for congregating and the beds were super comfy! Our host left us a sweet coffee cake and was helpful w identifying some local great spots. Will rent again - and can't wait to come back to this spot. When we weren't visiting the wineries - it was a great place to relax and catch up with friends. LOVELY.

We are repeat renters and really enjoy this home. Plenty of room for the friends and family. Walking distance to Main Street. And centrally located for easy access to all the things we enjoy.

LOVE this place!!

We stay here everytime we come to Fredericksburg. The house is in a great location close to the shops and restaurants on Main St., it's homey and very well maintained, has a great floorplan and number of bedrooms/bathrooms for a big family (and/or more than one family to share), and Linda is an exceptional host. We highly recommend The Legacy Inn and Loft!!

Perfect home for an extended family vacation/long weekend

Had a wonderful stay with my extended family in this lovely home. The 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were perfect, as was the extremely well-equipped kitchen, kitchen table, and den. We greatly enjoyed this as our home base for a family weekend wedding celebration and will definitely use the home again in the future.
