Very well situated, ground floor, for wheelchairs and baby carriage, everything very close, port wine cellars, shopping, travel, fun and culture. Quiet area, close to everything. Area with very welcoming and friendly people.

1 main room with a queen bed.
1 room with a double bunk bed.
1 sofa bed in common area.
The maximum of guests the apartment can accommodate is 4 (or 5/6 in sofa bed in common area)
Kitchen, WC, TV, Wi-Fi.
You can park in the street for free, or in a covered parking for € 5/24 hours.

"Tourist Fee"
Following the communiqué by the Vila Nova de Gaia Town Hall, as of December 1, 2018 all reservations made to the municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia, with some exceptions, will have a mandatory fee to be charged for accommodation.
From 01/10 to 03/31: 1 € / person / day
From 01/04 to 09/09: 2 € / person / day
We would just like to safeguard that you will have to inform guests that children under 16 do not pay this fee and that the maximum number of nights to be charged, uninterrupted, is 7 nights.
