Welcome to our Plantation West End Apartment.
If you enjoy nature , quiet and privacy but still in the heart of all the fun this is the place for you.
This apartment was built in 2012 and Is decorated in island style. Tiled floor throughout fully stocked kitchen with exotic views of the jungle. Enjoy a variety of mangos ,bananas ,avocados and coconut right out your back door. For your convenience owners will arrange your airport pickup for $25

I really want to give this place a good review. Dixie is a fabulous hostess and took care of most problems in a timely manner. It’s a great little apartment. The only thing that disgusted me was the old man on the upstairs balcony horking and peeing over the edge while I was sitting on the deck directly under him. He needs to stop this when there are guests directly beneath him. Maybe I should have said something but I didn’t, I was too embarrassed. Otherwise it’s fairly clean, really can’t expect no bugs as it’s in the jungle and always remember its a third world country so don’t expect things to be like home.

Great apartment close to West End

We just got back from Roatan and stayed at this great little apartment. The rental was easy and it was easy to work with the landlord. We had an issue with internet.. Island problems i guess. It took a couple days but it did get repaired. We were able to use wifi in town so it was not a big loss. One thing that caught us by surprise was that it was not quite in town the way it appears on the map. It is quite close.. about a 10-15 min walk down hill to West End. The benefit of this was that it was lovely and secluded and easy to sleep since we were not right in town. It is primarily an uphill walk back to the property. Again not a huge problem and if you did not want to walk then a taxi would happily drop you off for like a buck or two. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay here and would stay there again should the opportunity arise. It was clean, convenient and yet quiet enough to have a nice balance.

Great getaway

The apartment is very large and has a spacious outdoor space with a picnic table and hammock. Dixie was the best. She showed us around town and provided lots of helpful hints during our stay. The walk to town can be difficult on hot days but there are always people available to give you a ride up the hill. You can’t beat this place for the price!

Close, but far enough away

Just a 15 minute walk to West End downtown. Feels very quiet and relaxing. Nice porch. Dixie is very nice and accomidating. She made us feel quite welcome. I would recomend this property.

I lived in California and Colorado most of my life. For over 30 yrs I spent my winters in Baja, Costa Rico, Belize, and Roatan doing one of the things I love most fishing! When it came time for retirement there was no question where I wanted to be but on this beautiful little island "Roatan"! I have been coming to Roatan for over 20 yrs and in 2006 I got married and moved here permanently.

Why they chose this property

Love the Ocean view of mangrove bay marine Park,love peace and quiet, love my apple banana all year long, love walking back and fort to West End. love being close to all the Action(Dive shops, Restaurants, Night Clubs street food....) All only a short 5 to 10 min walk away. But still enjoy peace and quiet at home.

What makes this property unique

This unique location provides tranquility in a garden style plantation home. My wife and I has live here for 10 years and knows all the best spots. We have connections all over the Island so whether it's Diving, snorkeling, Deep sea fishing, or finding the best Restaurants we will be happy to help you.
