Relaxing break

The villa is beautiful even better than the photos show. Huge pool. We had a lovely relaxing break. The scenery is amazing in this part of Spain. The only thing that we were a little disappointed in was the lack of good restaurants in Albox, so you need to go further afield.

Fabulous Villa

A great villa with everything you could think of, high quality furnishing and equipment. A little remote, you will certainly need a car! The local supermarkets are a few minutes away and the bigger resorts just under an hour. We went to a wonderful festival in Mojacar and watched the sunset. A very sociable house with great spaces for everyones needs.

It certainly has the WOW factor !

We stayed here in October and would have no hesitation in recommending. The villa is spacious, very clean and well furnished, a home from home, complete with all mod cons you could possibly want. The outside space is fabulous, the pool is extra-large, there are great patio areas, a screened dining area and the villa has the most amazing views. The location is perfect. We liked that it was very private but only a four or five minute drive from all the restaurants, bars and shops at Albox when we need to get in supplies or fancied a meal out. Having said that we enjoyed the sunsets at the villa on a number of occasions and just dined al fresco. We loved this place, and could not fault it. Hoping to return as soon as we can.

Mitigé !

La maison est très bien équipée, spacieuse et bénéficie d’une belle piscine. Néanmoins, sur les 3 semaines de location nous avons eu le regret de constater que de gros travaux agricoles (plantation d’amandiers) ont eu lieu juste devant la maison. Ces travaux qui nous ont causé d’énormes désagréments. Les travaux ont duré 10 jours de 7h30 du matin à 20h rendant impossible notre présence dehors tellement le bruit était fort. Bcp de poussière, bcp de bruit et bcp trop de mouche (20 mouches en moyennes en permanence sur nous autour de la piscine) ne nous ont pas permis de profiter pleinement de la maison soit disant calme. La maison était isolée de tout nous ne pouvions pas non plus tous les jours quitter la location pour faire des visites. Les travaux ou les récoltes vont à notre avis durer de longues années et causer des désagréments auditifs forts. La propriétaire nous a seulement dit qu’elle n’y pouvait rien et qu’elle pouvait nous dédommager 100€. Nos vacances ont donc été totalement gâchées par ces travaux et les mouches. A bon entendeur !

We received feedback from our visitors that they through the villa was "magical". However, we are aware that their visit was disrupted by ground preparation for the planting of an almond orchard in the agricultural land opposite the villa. This environmental works was a one-off to prepare for tree planting which will not reoccur ever again. We were not aware of the work taking place and obviously this was totally outside of our control -it does not reflect the quality of the villa. We were only aware of some disruption for a handful of days, which we appreciate could have been annoying so we offered, as a gesture of goodwill, a sum for them to have lunch but this was declined. The issue of flies is a complete curve ball, and is not something we have experienced and have never been aware of from prior guest. The two star rating is extremely harsh given their comments on arrival. Obviously the issue of works was outside of our control. On the plus the villa will have an amazing almond orchard to look out on in 2024!

Beautiful villa in stunning location.

This property has everything you can anticipate needing during your stay. The outside and inside of the villa are fantastic enabling you to relax in the scenery around. Access to the nearby town of Albox is straight forward as well as further afield.

Absolutely beautiful villa. Our stay was amazing .

Stayed here for Christma's and new year. Beautiful villa and in beautiful part of spain. We will definitely be back to stay again. Maybe when a little more in season as was not much open as was Christmas but loved every minute of it. Cannot fault the villa in any way beautiful place highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning

Very hard to sum up everything about this wonderful villa. Upon arrival the grounds are immaculately maintained; together with the pool and outdoor furniture you know the inside will be just as good. The villa provides everything including new furnishings and lots of space for a relaxing stay. It's lovely to sit outside in the evening, watch the sun set, and just take in the fabulous setting.

A beautiful villa with a fabulous pool.

The villa was beautifully presented, clean, modern and well kept. The pool is outstanding. We had a lovely relaxing, away from it all holiday. Although Albox is not your ' normal' tourist town, it provides everything you need, at a very reasonable price.

Bliss!

This place was bliss! Not many villa have absolute peace and quiet, but this was lovely and, when we wanted to eat out we were only 5 minutes from town. Loved the pool and the courtyard, where we spent most of our time using the BBQ and chilling. Villa had absolutely everything we needed, and some we didn't (like the ping pong!). Looking at dates for next year!

Fantastic property, home away from home...

Upon arriving at the property we were very impressed with the attention to detail in all areas, the property boats fantastic living space, was exceptionally clean and maintained and the pool was absolutely excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending this property to others and plan to visit the property again later in the year..
