This beautiful two-story home sits caddy-corner to Washington Square, and includes a huge backyard and private parking in a prime location. Fully renovated, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The open concept kitchen and living area are perfect for cooking a meal or planning your adventures. The stainless steel appliances provide a modern flare against the plantation shutters and gleaming wood flooring. Easily enter the private courtyard through the side door, where you’ll find outdoor seating and a stainless steel barbeque. The downstairs has a half bath tucked under the stairs, and a King sized bedroom and en suite bath at the end of the hall.

You’ll find two additional bedrooms upstairs, including the Primary Suite, which has a walk-in closet, en suite bath, and private balcony overlooking the backyard. Just down the hall is the third bedroom, which has two comfortable Queen sized beds and another private bath.

This home is a short walk from historic River Street and the world famous Pirate’s House, which first opened in 1753 as an inn for seafarers, and quickly became a rendezvous spot for pirates. You’ll be on the quiet end of Congress Street, but just blocks away from Savannah’s nightlife.

5 Star and then some!!

Such an amazing getaway, we had 6 ladies and the house was perfect for us in every way. Plenty of space, bathrooms and bedrooms with everything being very clean, comfy and nicely decorated, and we Loved the outside patio area. The beds, pillows and bedding were extremely cozy and comfortable. Very quiet locations just a couple of block from the busy area. Huge bonus of being able to park two cars and not having to pay for street parking. Highly recommend!! Savannah is a great town and this place made it all the more perfect, couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Everything about booking is easy and they communicate all necessary information. This house is a gem. All 3 bedrooms are large and each has its own huge bathroom. If you had a big group the indoor living area would be a little small but there is plenty of outdoor space for spreading out in the private courtyard if the weather permits. This house was super clean and starter supplies were provided. It is on the "quieter" end of the historic district but also located within walking distance of everything. We did not have a vehicle but this rental offers private parking as well. Overall, our group had a great experience and I hope to get to stay in this house again!

Wonderful stay!

This home was beautiful, immaculate, spacious, and in a quiet neighborhood close to activities. We loved that their were 2 king beds, 2 queen, and everyone had their own bathroom. The outdoor patio was quiet and quaint. We loved the park near the home and walking to restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again.

Lovely home in beautiful historic district, safe, walking distance to River Street. Close to 2 city squares. 4 bathrooms provided privacy for 3 different family groups travelling together. Reviewer Comments: Great location, on the quiet end of Congress St. We only used the car (private parking!) to drive to Old Fort Jackson; everything else was easily reached on foot. The house was great. Each bedroom had its own private bath, and the rooms were spacious. The outside patio had a large table and plenty of seating, and was a great place to relax before and after a day of eating, drinking, and exploring.

We loved the property and the location. Unfortunately we picked the “once in a generation” blizzard time to vacation there. We would have done more in the city if not for the freezing temperatures. My one gripe is:: the check in notification on the app made no mention of the rear entry process. There is a lock box holding a back door key, BUT the front door code does work on the lock box. That took a call or two to the CSR and they weee fantastic. You parj in the back so getting that key is more important than front door access IMHO. But truly. That is a minor inconvenience to a wonderful vacation spot with our family. I highly recommend this property and Lucky Savannah.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

My family really enjoyed staying here as it's between Broughton and Bay Street on Washington Square. It feels safe and is walking distance to so much and offers a beautiful private courtyard adjacent to the home. Usually when you pay high prices to stay somewhere nice there's a little flexibility and southern hospitality with early check-in by an hour or so. Don't count on that here unless you arrange it strictly 24-48 hrs in advance and agree to pay an additional fee. We were told they weren't finished having the room ready, yet the can of Wintergreen Copenhagen on the front doorstep was there at 2 PM when we first arrived and still there at 4 PM (a maid wouldn't miss that). The 3 bedrooms were spacious as were the bathrooms. They provide soap and shampoo which is nice. Towels and linens were soft. *Pack an Umbrella as a brief afternoon storm is common in Savannah*. We couldn't get the gate to work so that limits available parking to one spot. Street parking is available, but you have to renew it at 8 AM, there's a deck down the street but it's more expensive.

I was made aware of losing a shower the day before our trip as it was leaking into the kitchen. We booked here because of the 3rd bath. I was reimbursed for some of this but didn't know how much til after the stay.Beware-Early check in always incurs a fee.And even then, maintenance came into the home while I was alone & napping. He was nice but it was still unsettling.We had issues with the AC. It took a few calls and messages but they did come out.The upstairs patio was off limits due to integrity/safety.But on a good note, the place was in a very convenient location-walkable to river and to city market which was great! Loved having a parking spot. Comfortable beds and ample kitchen amenities.
