Open the windows on each side of Lumi Nalu and feel the comforting trade winds as they gently blow through the condo. A unique feature of the building is that each floor is only one unit wide, so getting a cooling cross breeze year-round is accomplished by opening windows on each side of the unit. Of course, air conditioning is provided for those seeking the 'ultra cool' experience.
Experience one of Oahu's most desired locations, the 'Gold Coast.' Home to awesome restaurants, the Gold Coast is near everything but away from it all!
** Paid Onsite Parking must be requested at the time of booking, or well in advance of arrival - there is no guarantee of onsite parking without written confirmation from management company. The garage will only accommodate standard and mid-size cars, sorry no SUV's or pickup trucks ** Other parking options include - free along Kalakaua Avenue and metered on the Kapiolani Park side, please read all signs carefully. Metered parking is $0.50 per hour from the hours of 10 am to 6pm with free parking from 6pm to 10am. Parking is always tight during parades, festivals and events at Kapiolani Park, please be aware and plan accordingly.

Why they chose this property
The reason we purchased our condos in this building had to do with the location. It is perfectly situated at the edge of Waikiki in Kapiolani Park. Located on Waikiki's famous Gold Coast, the condo building sits on the water with ocean on one side and park on the other. We like the location because although Waikiki and all the hustle and bustle are just a 10-15 minute walk from the condo (along the park and several of Waikiki's best beaches), we are just far enough away for it to feel less hectic, more like a residential neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
Due to the nature of our building being only 1 condo wide, you can open up windows on each side of the condo and enjoy Hawaii's famous trade breezes nearly year-round.
