In Villa Can Palazon you will enjoy the spaciousness of an estate decorated with an outstanding Spanish sense of style. With large terraces you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains, an outdoor barbecue, an attractive pool and wonderful patio gardens.

The villa has a large living room, dining room and kitchen all integrated in the same space of approximately 130 m². Five double rooms occupy the remaining space with 3 full bathrooms and one lavatorie giving the house another 150 m². There is another lavatorie in the pool área and the villa has free high-speed Wi-Fi.

It is just ten minutes from Ibiza town centre.

This villa is in the quiet residential area of Montecristo, a very quiet area. It is just ten minutes far away from Ibiza town centre,a couple minutes by car is a large supermarket while further down the road is the town of Sant Rafael with famous restaurants such as Can Pilot and Es Tancó. The Amnesia nightclub is easily reached in case you want to dance the night away. There are several good beaches to choose from such as Talamanca and Platja den Bossa. The location is one of the prime features of this villa as it is near the main points of interest on the island.

Lovely Stay, beautiful and comfortable Villa

We absolutely enjoyed the quite neighborhood this villa was situated at. After going and enjoying the day/night life in Ibiza it was fantastic to come home to quire and serene atmosphere. The house is spacious and with 10 adults we never felt in each others way. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

I regret booking this property

It was miserable from the beginning. The very kind manager met me when we landed but she also realized how hot and muggy the house was also. Then it the worst began, she told me that the air condition units in all four bedrooms (but one room) were broken. They have multiple properties but did not offer us a contingency plan so they gave us temporary (very loud) air condition units. The ridiculous part is that we had to leave the windows and doors open to vent the hot exhaust air. Counterproductive because it was so hot in the summer and we could not open the curtains because they were used as air boundary between the outside. Pathetic. And because it was so hot, I had to figure out how to cool the kitchen and living room. The manager service were "kind" enough to give me tape and fans to use and put my engineering experience to work. Now the worst part, yes the worst part, and not reported were the controlled trash fires around the property so the house smelled like a smoke-filled room every morning. I developed a bad cough because of it. Now different but to add to the experience because of the location, it was hard to get a taxi service. The property manager also expected us to walk the trash over half a mile to a dumpster in the local grocery store parking lot. Thank goodness we enjoyed a great time with friends at our best friend wedding. Salud!

Dear Robert, Thank you for sharing with us your expecience in our villa. We are disappointed to learn that despite our efforts to address the mentoned issues, your stay was not totally satisfactory. Upon arrival, when we realized that the air cons were failing, we put some provisional portable air conditioners while the technician came to change the damaged ones....Finally we put three brand new machines. We are very sorry for the inconvenience that it could caused you. We are not aware of the situation with the smoke, we never heard anything about that until you mentioned now. It is true that due to our environmental program, we ask our clients to throw the garbage in the containers, however, if you do not wish to do that, we are more than happy to throw it away ourselves. Once again, thank you for giving us the opportunity to express our comments. It will be a pleasure for us to receive you again and to be able to exceed your expectations next time.
