Beautiful villa located in a well-maintained luxury development called Faro Park, in the Montaña Roja and Faro Pechiguera area, southwest of Playa Blanca.

Highly recommended for families with children, as it has a small wall with a gate separating the house from the play area and pool, ensuring the safety of the little ones.

In this villa, you can enjoy peace, quiet, and comfort, just a 5-minute drive from all the amenities and services you might need during your stay on the island.

This detached villa sits on a 600 m² plot and includes a parking space next to the house, an entrance hall, two bedrooms (one en suite), two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower), and a tastefully decorated living room with views of the garden and heated pool. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, and CD player. Library, board games, etc., a fully furnished and equipped kitchen with everything you could need, a dining room overlooking the garden and the private heated pool, with fantastic sunsets… Pure luxury for enjoying an unforgettable holiday on the island of Lanzarote, for you and your family.

All services are included in the price except for the Jacuzzi; the additional cost is €100 per week, upon request.
