Near the natural park of Ugento and just a few meters from the splendid white sand beaches, there is a nice mini-residence consisting of four villas up to a maximum of 23 beds.
To make your holidays special in the structure there is a large swimming pool for the exclusive use of the mini-residence with solarium area, a pine forest with hammocks, a very large barbecue area, with two barbecues, one gas and one wood-burning.
In the mini-residence you can park your car internally, and rent bikes for free in order to reach the most beautiful beaches of Salento.
Villa number 3 consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds (upon request double), a living room with a double sofa bed and an equipped gazebo adjacent to the pine forest.
The distance from the most beautiful beaches of the area and from the most famous beaches (Lido Bora Bora, Lido Coco Loco, Lido Malibu, Lido Pineta and others) is just 700 m passable in no more than 1 minute by car or by bike.

Rilassante soggiorno
Bellissima proprietà, appena fuori il centro di torre san giovanni. Il punto forte è sicuramente l'esterno, il giardino e la piscina. I proprietari, molto accoglienti e sempre disponibili, ci hanno messo subito a nostro agio. Ci tornerei sicuramente.
