About this property

Luxury Lake Suite 9 Hole & Disc Golf with Hot Tub, Views, Large Patios.

Newer Construction. 1800 Square Feet with 2 bedrooms, one master suite with King bed, and a second guest room with bunk beds and a double bed. Very large living area with a 60 inch TV, unlimited WiFi. Large couch for extra guest plus 2 floor futons. the kitchen has a microwave, toaster oven, full range and outdoor gas BBQ. One and one half baths with a shower and the shower and tub are between the two 1/2 baths. A full bath can be made from either side.



the property sits on 70+ acres with our private lake and 9 hole executive style pasture golf course, disc golf and a hot tub/jacuzzi on the patio.

Wildlife and mountains all around. The unit is downstairs from the owners but very quite, private and well insulated. Hiking trails on the property and great wildlife to see. The lake is teaming with black bass, catfish, perch and bluegill. No fishing license needed on our private property. There is a dock on our lake for swimming and fishing and all boats are available to our guests. The Eel river is a short distance away for river swimming. Family atmosphere is asked to be respected.

We are a Christian retreat at times. Come to the wilderness and feel like you are in a 5 star hotel. We will do what we can to make your stay wonderful.

Best time ever!

We had an absolutely amazing time. All of my kids caught fish. We paddle boarded on the pond. And the host could not have been better. Can’t wait to visit Frank and Dianne again soon!

40th High School friends reunion

Wanted to find a place close to Covelo, so we could visit our good friend without taking her away from the community she serves. Had a wonderful and relaxing time there. Enjoyed floaties on the pond, BBQ, Snacking and watching good movies together. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay! The property is GORGEOUS!

Secluded getaway

Luxury lake suite with golf and hot tub is exactly as described, in excellent condition, very clean, and beautifully appointed. The hosts have thought of everything, board games, picnic gear and separate towels for the lake or hot tub. Views are spectacular you can sit outside on the patio and watch the wild turkeys and geese. Hosts are quick to respond to any questions that you may have. Closest towns is 30 minutes away Willits or Covelo, so you should bring your food in with you. The roads can get a little tricky at night. I highly suggest this place if you are looking for a get away.

Quiet, Peaceful Getaway with a Lake

I grew up in a rural setting so this was like going home. Hosts have a wonderful property on 68 acres, including a small private lake and pasture golf course (didn't try the golf, it was very hot and dry for our visit). I loved the chance to relax for a few days here before heading home! Two things the younger ones in our party were not impressed with, although they didn't really bother me: 1) the well tap water has a definite smell of the local minerals. To their credit, the host provides bottled water for drinking/cooking to those that might find this objectionable. 2) While the home has WIFI, it is a very limited bandwidth of satellite service. No streaming of videos or movies allowed. To offset this, they do have Direct TV and a small selection of movies on DVD (I would have liked to see more movie choices and the WiFi limits mentioned in listing). Overall, a nice relaxing stay and accommodating hosts! They even gave us some fresh eggs from their chickens. Delicious!

Perfect Space to Relax, Get Away From It All

My family and I could not have enjoyed our stay here more. We spent our days swimming and fishing in the private lake (great for bass), soaking in the hot tub, and exploring the beautiful scenic countryside. Our hosts Diane and Jack took good care of us and were right upstairs if we needed anything, yet totally unobtrusive. We are very much looking forward to returning one day soon.

Beautiful, secluded and peaceful

My husband and I wanted to escape for a nice, quiet weekend and this spot was it! There's a lake, and an abundance of land to walk around. We sat outside at night and stared at the stars and it was so beautiful!! The hosts were lovely and so helpful. We will be back!

We came for the fishing

Pretty amazing property. We booked this property for the fishing on the private pond/lake. It didn’t disappoint. I think my son caught around 15+ bass a day. The home was nice and clean.

first time staying on vacation rental home

it was an amazing experience staying on a vacation rental property . the location is very nice, peace and soothing atmosphere. the owner greeted us well and told us if we needed anything to let her know. the living room is very large and spacious . kitchen was very clean and had the adequate utensils needed to cook. a must for families if looking for a quite environment.

We had a great time. House is warm and inviting, just know that internet is satellite based, and therefore no streaming. Nice for us, forced the kids to disconnect and we played the provided games and did a puzzle as a family instead. Would absolutely go back!

The house was very neat and clean. Plenty of space. Diane and Frank are very friendly and nice. The house is a little remote in the mountains like the description says. The night sky was beautiful and we could see all the stars.The kids really enjoyed it. It was a good place to stay for a break from driving during our journey to the redwoods.
