Located at the top of the Village of Sainte-Anastasie, our Villa welcomes you all year so that you can relax and discover the charms of our region.

Unique, we have at the Villa 2 kayaks bi place for rent; it is convenient we go with his kayak from the Villa and 3 mins walk on we are in the water.

With a land of about 1300m2 and 150m above sea level, you will enjoy an idyllic setting with a panoramic view unobstructed without vis-à-vis the unspoilt nature.
With its optimal sunshine, you can cool off in the pool (4. 5x10m) and relax on the deckchairs.

In the evening, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful sunsets during your dinners that you can take on the suspended terrace of the 1st floor (40m2).

Located in the heart of the Golden Triangle Nîmes-Uzès-Avignon, you can make excursions, discover the historical heritage of the Uzès region, the Pont du Gard, Nîmes, Aigues-Mortes ... and the many activities in the classified site of « Gorges du Gardon ».

The Villa is located about 5 minutes from the departure of hiking trails, the climbing site "Castellas".

Many caves and caves are to be visited, as well as the remains of the prehistoric human presence (Caves Esquicho-Grapaou).

Propriétaires irrespectueux et abusifs, maison sale, ne correspond pas à la description. À fuir

De juin à septembre la rivière est à sec... Donc pas de canoë. Ne rendent pas la caution pour 3 verres cassés Le terrain de volley et la table de ping-pong sont impraticable. Odeur d urine ds les toilettes, pas de protège matelas, pas de clim au rez de chaussé.... Matériel Insuffisant pour cuisiner... Une bouteille de champagne offerte pour oublier ces misères... La région est magnifique et cette location est bien trop cher pour son "standing". Pas de respect des gestes barrières à notre arrivée.

Bon séjour belle région

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour : belle piscine, belle terrasse surplombant le village avec une vue à 180°, nombreux jeux pour les enfants, village sympathique. Bon contact avec les propriétaires qui nous ont donné plusieurs bons conseils de visites et de découvertes de cette belle région et se sont montrés réactifs à nos questions et demandes avant notre arrivée et pendant notre séjour. Repos garanti : bonne literie.

Ein sehr nettes Haus

Wir waren mit 7 Personen vor Ort und wurden nett empfangen. In der Küche war alles da, damit wir uns verpflegen konnten. Der Eigentümer war nett, und wir haben uns alle wohl gefühlt.
