Confortable, agréable, bien équipé et bien décoré.

Nous étions 8 personnes d'une même famille entre 6 et 72 ans et nous avons apprécié les jolies chambres, bons couchages, le salon-salle-cuisine très agréable et spacieux, la lumière, l'emplacement près du lac, l'accueil des propriétaires. Nous avons même pu profiter un peu de l'extérieur grâce à une journée ensoleillée et chaude.

haus mit möglichkeit in der gruppe zu wohnen

grillplatz, fahrrad/motorrad garage, kicker, grosse esstisch, gartenstühle, alles was man braucht um mit einer gruppe bis 10 pers zu schlafen und zu grillen, etc... keine highend bude für superstyler, aber doch alles da und ok. kaffeemaschinen, smart tv, wlan kostenlos, grosser kühlschrank, küchen, 2 x klo, 2 x dusche. 4 parkplätze am direkt haus. :-) gerne wieder

Maison pour séjour entre amis

Bon séjour entre amis avec maison avec un certain confort. Néanmoins pas adaptée pour 10 adultes, plutôt 6, manque une chambre... La 5e chambre pas confortable et très humide, le clic clac très petit n'est pas adapté pour 2 adultes. Salle de bain du bas très précaire. Sinon maison bien située avec équipements corrects.

Bon accueil et communication simple avec les propriétaires, cadeau d'arrivée maison apprécié Frais d'électricité et gaz certes un peu élevés mais en le sachant avant on a fait attention Chalet très bien situé, terrasse agréable, très bien équipé (babyfoot, appareils ménagés, wifii...) Erreur dans la présentation, rapidement modifiée par les propriétaires

Gite propre et conforme a la description. Situé tout près du lac. Jardin sympathique pour jouer. Communication fluide avec les propriétaires. Attention aux frais supplémentaires (100€ de ménage + 50€ electricite et gaz pour 10 personnes sur 2 nuits).

Attention aux frais supplémentaires

La location était propre, vieillotte mais fonctionnelle et bien équipée ( même si le couchage de la salle de jeux n est pas un lit deux places!). Au niveau sécurité, la maison se situe au bord de la route. Les véhicules y circulent rapidement. Attention donc aux enfants! Nous émettons cependant une grosse réserve sur les tarifs pratiqués par les hôtes et leur attitude en découlant. Il était noté sur un bout de feuille un prix de 0,75 c/kWh, soit quasiment, QUATRE fois supérieur au prix du kWh actuel! Les propriétaires ont quand même accepté de revoir le tarif à la baisse. Afin d’éviter tout quiproquo le jour du départ, nous les avons alertés immédiatement… quelle surprise! “ je fais ce que je veux avec mon bien”, “ j’ai facturé au pif”, “ cela inclut forfaitairement la consommation d’eau”. Bref, une avalanche de propos déplacés et irrespectueux alors que nous réclamions simplement d’être facturés au juste prix. Attention donc aux tarifs pratiqués et à la déflagration que vous subirez si vous évoquez “l’argent”. Pour votre tranquillité nous ne vous recommandons pas cet hébergement!

Heureuse de ce séjour

La maison est grande , chacun y a trouvé sa place. le logement est propre, très bien situé entre loisirs organisés, balade en forêt, lac . L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux. Le seul petit bémol était la route pour le bébé de 18 mois. La pièce à vivre nous a accueillis tous les 10 sans souci. La cuisine est bien équipée pour recevoir le nombre que nous étions. Bon moment passé en famille.

Logement fonctionnel et propre bien situe par rapport à Gerardmer. Propriétaires sympathiques. Cependant un inconvénient majeur nous avons eu la surprise de devoir payer une.somme non négligeable en supplément à la fin du séjour pour une semaine de consommation de l'électricité et du gaz qui ne sont apparemment pas compris dans le prix de la location. Relevé du compteur fait par le propriétaire.
