Private and exclusive apartment in a villa on the first floor, with panoramic views of the splendid bay of the Dunes of Porto Cesareo and with private access to the beach. What makes it exclusive is its position and consequently the privilege not only of being directly on the beach, but above all of enjoying the sea view from the large and scenic veranda. The apartment, comfortable and carefully furnished, consists of two bedrooms (triple and double), bathroom with shower, kitchen, panoramic living room and equipped veranda. The property has a garden on the street side, with a shaded parking space, and a garden on the sea side with private access to the beach, outdoor shower and barbecue. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, TV and washing machine. Two bicycles and two beach beds with umbrella are also available for guests.

Perfect Stay with Stunning Sea View

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The highlight for us was definitely the beautiful terrace with a stunning view of the sea, as well as the direct access to the beach. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including all the kitchen essentials if you prefer to cook for yourself. Maria goes out of her way to ensure you have a fantastic holiday. Highly recommended!

Bellissima vacanza

Un soggiorno indimenticabile in uno scenario da sogno. Abbiamo trascorso 8 notti in questa meravigliosa casa sul mare dotata di ogni confort, dalla lavatrice al forno a microonde. Un affaccio sul mare che ti consente di godere della meraviglia dei colori dello ionio dal risveglio alla buonanotte. Non immaginavamo assolutamente una bellezza simile. Maria Grazia è un ospite eccezionale. Ci ha fatto trovare la casa già pronta per essere "abitata". Dirle grazie è assolutamente riduttivo. Siamo già pronti per tornare a trovarla il prossimo anno.

Appartamento con vista stupenda su un mare da sogno

Possiamo solo confermare quanto già scritto dagli altri ospiti. Maria Grazie è gentilissima e ci ha fatto trovare un appartamento pulitissimo e allestito con tutto il necessario. Abbiamo apprezzato molto le bevande fresche all'arrivo come anche i condimenti base da cucina (olio, sale, zucchero, caffe...). La vista mare dalla terrazza e stupenda!

I miei complimenti alla Sig.ra Maria Grazia, lei è super accogliente e gentilissima in casa ci ha fatto trovare ogni tipo di confort non ho dovuto portare nulla, inoltre ci ha accolto con un vassoio di pasticcini locali e ci ha messo in frigo ogni tipo di bevanda...la casa meravigliosa, vista pazzesca, comoda, pulita e accogliente come i padroni di casa. Torneremo il prossimo anno ci siamo trovati davvero bene.

Vacanza da sogno!

Questa casa, SUL mare, è semplicemente perfetta! Completa di ogni comfort. Grande, pulita, luminosa e con una vista pazzesca sul mare. La proprietaria, la signora Maria Grazia, è stata di una gentilezza e di una disponibilità fuori dal comune. Veramente una vacanza rilassante in un mare limpido e cristallino!

Einfach Super!!!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach super. Die Lage und der Blick auf das Meer sind einmalig. Dazu eine komplett ausgestattete Wohnung und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Erholung wie man es sich wünscht.!!!!

SOGGIORNO FANTASTICO

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo alloggiato presso la struttura della Sig.ra Maria Grazia nella prima settimana di ottobre Siamo rimasti completamente soddisfatti ed entusiasti, ambiente super accogliente e pulitissimo! L’appartamento è molto spazioso, dotato di una parte esterna semplicemente incantevole che affaccia sul mare! La struttura è in una pozione comoda e molto pratica I proprietari sono persone a dir poco deliziose e di un accoglienza mai vista! Super disponibili e pronti ad aiutare i propri ospiti Persone da prendere come esempio per un vero concetto di accoglienza ed ospitalità! Soggiorno consigliato!!

La casa è stupendamente sulla spiaggia , un cancellerò di legno 5 metri di duna e sei sulla meraviglia del mar Ionio con i suoi colori e trasparenza. Che dire siamo stati in questo appartamento affacciato ad un mare fantastico dal 6/10 al 16/10 abbiamo avuto l occasione di interagire con la proprietaria molto gentile e molto servizievole. L appartamento è fornito di ogni cosa necessaria per la vacanza dal tostapane , spremiagrumi frullatore ad immersione all asse da stiro ,phon e tutto il necessario per la pulizia della appartamento (detersivi stracci ecc.) .Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una ciotola con frutta fresca di stagione,bevande in frigo ad alimenti di prima necessità come caffè zucchero e latte un attenzione da parte della proprietaria che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Che dire un posto dove tornare sicuramente in futuro. Ps dimenticavo la vista dall appartamento un QUADRO BELLISSIMO.

Um es gleich vorweg zu nehmen, wir haben für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am schönsten Strandabschnitt von Porto Cesareo und man hat von der Terasse aus einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer mit absoluter "Privacy". Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und alles da was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Super ist der neue Gasherd mit Backofen, welchen wir oft genutzt haben und den frischen Fisch auf der Terasse mit Meerblick genossen haben (Tipp die Pescheria Torre Lapillo kann man mit dem Fahrrad schaffen :-)) Die Vermieter sind die nettesten und großzügigsten die ich jemals hatte. Sehr herzlicher Empfang mit ausgezeichnetem Gebäck aus Lecce ...der Kühlschrank war mit vielen Getränken gefüllt und eine Flasche Rotwein stand auch bereit - unglaublich. Egal was war, man konnte sich jederzeit an sie wenden und bekam immer direkt und super freundlich Antwort. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und freuen uns aufs nächste Jahr! Noch ein kleiner Restaurant Tipp in der Arcade und im Le Zagara kann man richtig gut essen.

Una Vacanza con la V maiuscola / A wonderful holiday

Una casa così vicina al mare è quasi impossibile da trovare. Super pulita e confortevole, ben illuminata, spaziosa e con accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Maria Grazia è stata gentilissima con noi e oltre ad un caloroso benvenuto (frutta fresca, bibite in frigo, vino e dolci) ci ha dato preziosi consigli sul luogo e sui servizi. Sempre disponibile e raggiungibile. Non vediamo l’ora di ritornare in questo posto meraviglioso. A house so close to the sea is almost impossible to find. Super clean and comfortable, spacious and light and with direct access to the beach. Maria Grazia was very kind with us and in addition to a warm welcome (fresh fruit, soft drinks in the fridge, wine and sweets) she gave us good suggestions and tips about the place and services. Always available and reachable. We look forward to return to this wonderful place.

Family - 1 week in September - great choice

We (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed in Maria Grazia’s flat the first week in September and we had a great time. The flat is lovely, spacious, clean, very well equipped, it offers everything you need. When we arrived we were greeted by Maria Grazia and her husband and a lovely “starting package” with wine, some pastries, fruit, water, juice and milk in the fridge. She also provided us with very practical information about supermarkets, restaurants and so on – in Porto Cesareo and also in Lecce (the tips for the parking lot was especially useful). The beach is just a couple of steps away, right through the garden – lovely white sand, clear water. The music from the nearby hotel and beach can sometimes be a bit annoying but it’s only for some time in the morning and in the afternoon (and just something to expect on an Italian beach). We could use 2 sun beds and a parasol and also two bikes. There’s an outdoor shower in the garden which is great. We really enjoyed the balcony facing the sea. It’s big and offers comfortable chairs and a table. It’s very quiet in the mornings and evenings and at night time. It’s well located to visit other cities like Lecce, Galipoli, Ortranto and also other beaches – however, we mostly preferred “our” beach. It’s really a great place to stay, we enjoyed it a lot and we can absolutely recommend it.

Amazing view!!

Excellent communication with the owner, Maria Grazia. Language barrier but Maria made a real effort for us, which was impressive. Large apartment with a great view from the balcony. Wine, drinks, fruit and snacks left for us which were greatly appreciated. Able to walk directly onto a quieter area of the beach directly from the back of the apartment. Off road parking available. Bikes available to use as it's about a 15 minute walk to nearby Porto cesareo. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment!

Siamo stati qui nell’ultima settimana tra maggio e giugno. La casa è molto bella, conforme alle foto, e di una pulizia accurata. La Sig. Maria Grazia è adorabile, gentile: in casa al nostro arrivo ci ha deliziato con dei buonissimi taralli pugliesi, i pasticciotti (tipici dolci pugliesi) ,una bottiglia di vino, della frutta fresca e il frigo ricco di bevande varie. La spiaggia davanti casa è una delle più belle in zona. In più, la vista dal terrazzo sul mare è impagabile. Lo consiglio!
