LUXURIOUS apartment with AMAZING view and VERY BIG terrace / Nerja Torrox-Costa

This apartment has 2 bedrooms, a very big terrace (+40m2- and an amazing frontal seaview. It is luxuriously equipped and foreseen of all comfort and qualitative furniture. Airco troughout. Large living area with sattelite TV, full kitchen: oven, vitroceramic plate, dishwasser, washing machine, dryer, micro-wave, coffe machine, nespresso, fruit press, mixer, toaster en all necessary utensils.
Free private parking.
Dining table, charge and two dekchairs on the terrace for leisure and enjoying the viewws.
The rooms are well designed with plenty of light.

This apartment is privately owned. The belgian owners are living 7 kms away in Finca Don javier where they also rent out an apartment and studio. The units are part of their rental concept "El Sentimiento". More information can be found on the website.

All necessary services are available: cleaning at the end of your stay, bed- and bath linnen and eventually intermediary cleaning.

There are two outside pools for adults and childeren with dekchairs and parasols. Both offer nice sea views.

The apartment offers total privacy, quitness and security. Close to the complex you have small restaurants on the beach or there are plenty restaurants in Nerja en Torrox, easily accessible by car (with easy parking in both areas).

Schönes Appartement mit großer Terrasse

Was soll ich sagen: schönes Appartement mit großer Terrasse, was uns wichtig war. Ruhe und Entspannung, da etwas abseits der Hauptstraße und an einem Hang mit Garage. 2 Pool's in der Anlage, welche schön angelegt sind. Ausstattung und Inventar des Appartement wie zu Hause. Kommunikation mit Bruno und Gert ist besonders hervorzuheben! Auto ein muss..., Gastronomie am Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe

Wie immer alle super

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in der Wohnung von Bruno und es war wieder alles super. Die Ausstattung ist genial, alles was man braucht. Der Blick auf das Meer ist grandios und man kann zum einschlafen wunderbar dem Meeresrauschen zuhören. Die Lage ist optimal. Der Kontakt zum Eiugentümer ist jederzeit gegeben und das Check in hat auch gut geklappt.

Sehr komfortable Ferienwohnung in einer gepflegten Wohnanlage mit zwei Pools in unmittelbarer Meeresnähe. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Pools erst um 9:30 Uhr am Morgen öffnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

sehr schöne Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick

Eine schöne Wohnung mit großer Terrasse mit einem beeindruckenden Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Von der Terrasse konnte man auch das schöne Meeresrauschen hören. Der Badestrand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und der Pool ist auch sehr schön. Die Klimaanlage hat für angenehme Raumtemperaturen gesorgt. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Traumurlaub am Meer

Leider war die Wohnung nicht so gründlich gereinigt, wie erwartet (deshalb nur 4 Sterne)! Wir mussten diesbezüglich ein wenig nachhelfen....danach war alles top und wir hatten einen Traumurlaub mit wunderschönem Meerblick. Was will man mehr??!Unbedingte Weiterempfehlung!!Auch wir kommen gerne wieder!

A modern apartment with everything you need for a holiday stay, with fantastic views of the sea.

The apartment is in a prime position with uninterupted views of the sea. With a short drive to the town of Nerja and a short walk to a beach. The terrace is big with space for both sun or shade all day long. The owner has furnished the apartment with modern appliances and there is everything in the apartment that you would need for a holiday let. The property has recently been decorated and was clean and bright. The management team for the property was efficient and helpful in every way, as was the owner when we needed advise from him. A bonus is there is a designated indoor parking space opposite the lift that takes you to outside the front door of the apartment. We would stay here again,and recommend it to our friends. Chris and Sandy.

Schöne Tage in Calaceite - Vistamar

Wir waren 2 Wochen hier und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Großzügige Wohnung mit allem Komfort, 2 SZ, 2 Bäder, Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Highlight war für uns die riesige und teilweise auch uneinsehbare Terrasse, von der man nicht nur morgens den Sonnenaufgang beobachten konnte, sondern auch einen fantastischen Blick auf`s Meer hatte. Wer Ruhe sucht und die Seele baumeln lassen möchte, ist hier genau richtig, außer Meeresrauschen und gelegentliches Brummen der motorisierten Fischerboote weitgehend Stille. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Luxe, comfort met rust en een fantastische uitzicht.

Wat een prachtig compleet uitgerust appartement. Op werkelijk een schitterende locatie. Auto wel noodzakelijk. Het ligt centraal gelegen om mooie plaatsen en stranden te bezoeken. Het uitzicht is werkelijk fenomenaal, je hoort de zee in je slaapkamer! Het appartement is voorzien van alle luxe en comfort. Zeker een aanrader !

Beautiful apartment, amazing terrace.

Very clean apartment. Perfect service. Very nicely decorated. All necessary items are present. The real plus of this apartment is its terrace. One of the nicest in the entire development. So big, such a nice views, high class furniture, sunscreen, etc.. We lived outside almost all the time even in this winter period.
