Completely renovated, very quiet, located at the crossroads of Provence, Ardeche and Languedoc. Located in the Basses-Cévennes, in a small hamlet very quiet, in the countryside near Lussan. It is 7km from "La Roque sur Cèze" (and waterfalls "Sautadet"), 9km from Goudargues (the "Venice Gardoise"), 20km from Uzès and Barjac, 40km from Nîmes and Avignon. It offers comfort, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, 1 fridge and 1 freezer, food processor, ...). Accommodating up to 10 people, the house has 4 bedrooms. Een rustige en ruime locatie

Een hele fijne week gehad in mooi groot huis met een unieke tuin. Alles was aanwezig en snelle correcte communicatie met Nathaly. Dank voor alles! Helaas geen winkeltjes dichtbij, maar dat wisten we en hebben we rekening mee gehouden i.v.m. de boodschappen. Mooie wandeltocht naar Lussan gemaakt. Prachtig!

Vacances au calme

Si vous avez besoin de calme, de campagne, d après-midi tranquille au bord de la piscine d espace n hésitez pas ! Un peu loin des courses 20mn environ mais 2 frigos permettent de s organiser. Visites intéressantes mais la voiture est indispensable, balades à pied en campagne aux alentours possibles. Le côté négatif sont les chambres à l étage très chaudes et accessibles par des escaliers genre échelle pas facile d accès pour l une d entre elle même en étant agile ! Les salles de bain ne sont pas très agréables.

Rapport Qualité/Prix décevant

Situé dans une très belle région, la maison est un peu isolée mais permet d'être au calme (quand le voisin ne fait pas de travaux). Globalement les prestations sont correctes, la maison est grande mais un peu "vieillotte" ce qui nous a amené à certaines déconvenues (fuite d'eau venant du toit, porte de la sdb bloquée...) Par rapport au prix, nous avons été globalement déçus des prestations d'ensemble. La maison nécessiterait quelques travaux pour mériter ses 5 étoiles. A noter que le terrain n'est pas clôturé (nous ne le savions pas) ce qui est un peu compliqué à gérer quand on vient avec des chiens.

Agréable séjour à Lussan

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Lussan, le grand jardin arboré avec terrasse ainsi que la piscine sont agreables. La cuisine est un peu vétuste et mérite un rafraîchissement. L’une des 4 chambres est située en haut d’un escalier d’accès délicat pour des enfants en bas âge.
