"Piazza Maggiore", in the city center, on the doorstep you'll find the best restaurants, tipical Bolognese taverns, art and culture, museums and the marketplace named "Quadrilatero the most ancient and famous of the city. You will appreciate my flat for these reasons: new location, romantic place, comfortable, intimate, located in a historic building, wonderful flat of 65m2. Dishwasher, coffee machine, flat is suitable for couples, adventurers, families and business trips. A wonderful apartment located on the 2nd floor, completely renovated. Bright living area with a sofa bed and a classic kitchen with an induction cooker, a coffee machine, a kettle and a microwave. Large windowed bathroom with shower. Main bedroom with 180x200 King Size double bed. Second bedroom with 80x200 bunk bed. House is complete with all the amenities: "Essentials" - top quality towels and linens, dishwasher, fridge with frizzer, air conditioning, high speed WiFi heating. Possibility of additional place in the sofa bed, cot and high chair on request.

We had a wonderful stay in Julia’s apartment in the Quadrilatero neighborhood of Bologna. It is a charming apartment and pleasant (short) walk to many of Bologna’s attractions, restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. As other guests have noted, because the apartment is in the heart of the Quadrilatero and above lively restaurants, there is a lot of noise at night and in the mornings so I would highly recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Thanks to Julia for her patient and timely directions as we had some difficulty finding the location of the apartment when we first arrived at night.

Quaint and beautiful

This apartment is located in the heart of the central city on a lively street where just outside of the door you can find restaurants, fruit vendors, food specialty markets and anything else you can think of. You are also close to taxis, buses and if you like walking, the train station is about 10 minutes away. The apartment is charming and the beds are comfortable. Remember that Bologna is an old city so the living quarters are small, but that is the beauty of it. You cannot go wrong staying here.

What a clean, lovely apartment located in the busiest area if Bologna. Great sites near bye.

By staying here you are in the heart of Bologna!s ‘Food Mecca.’ The apartment was spacious and very clean. The weekend lively neighborhood can be a little noisy but that did not keep us awake. Parking involves about a 25 minutes walk from the August 8 parking garage...20e per day. Come hungry, the food is amazing! If you gave a sleeping mask it would be a good idea to bring it as the rooms are not as dark as most would like.

The position was superb. Right in the middle of a busy area , food and drink surround this great apartment.The apartment was excellent and Julia was able to support all 5 of us for the week. An easy walk from the train station and surrounded by all the fantastic streets to walk in old Bologna. The apartment is convenient and comfortable.

Beautiful Property! It was very comfortable with air conditioning which was a plus since it was so hot in Bologna this year. Host gave excellent directions to find the property. It is on a very busy corner with lots of great food and drinks

Lovely Property but Loud

The apartment was beautiful and worked very well for us. Elevator access was very convenient. The smells of Bologna (the food!) were amazing.The only negatives were the sounds of the restaurants below. The patrons were happy and enjoyed themselves late into the night. Also -- on Saturdays, finding a taxi service with our suitcases and wheelchair was difficult since all streets in the area closed off for foot traffic that day.

The apartment is in a great location and is clean. we stayed 3 nights without any issues. The street is busy and loud during the day and night. We had great communication with the host and her assistant. I would stay there if I returned to Bologna.

Heart of Bologna

Incredibile. Wonderful apartment !Julia was perfect in communication. Took opportune trips in Bologna for 3 days and frequented great restaurants Also met my friend from Italian medical school from 55 years ago!! I speak fluent Italian . All in all Fantastico !!

Phenomenal Location

We loved our stay. The apartment was in the best spot, right in the middle of everything. Only issue is because it is in such a great spot, it might be a bit noisy when you try to sleep, so bring a sound machine or download a white noise app on your phone.

Bologna city center

Fantastic location in the heart of Bologna's historic city center within easy walking distance of sights, restaurants, and shopping. Plenty of room for the three of us to use as a home base while exploring this area of Italy. Since it is surrounded by restaurants, it can be a bit noisy at night, but we didn't find it to be an issue. Would stay here again!

Great stay in Bologna

The apartment is in a central location for everything you need in Bologna. Tons of restaurants and cafes right outside the door. Plenty of room for our family of 4 when we needed some downtime in the apartment.
