STUDIO "LE VELE" IN TOSCOLANO MADERNO STRATEGIC POSITION

The studio is part of a small and quiet tourist context, is located a few steps from the lake and the beautiful beaches of Toscolano Maderno, is in a strategic area for its proximity to supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants and pizzerias.
Our holiday home is accessible by car, bus and ferry. You can walk to the ferry to be able to visit the most beautiful tourist resorts of Garda from the lake (Sirmione, Desenzano, Salo ', Limone etc.)
You will be welcomed on arrival to show you the characteristics of the house and for some suggestions on the surroundings. In summer there is no shortage of activities and events to make your stay more pleasant. Behind Toscolano Maderno you can explore the beautiful mountains and a few kilometers away windsurf and kitesurf (Gargnano, Limone). Also ideal for those who love cycling holidays.
The studio apartment of approx. 33 has an independent entrance and a parking space until exhaustion. There is a kitchen equipped with everything you need and a small porch with table and chairs. A washing machine is also available in the bathroom. The apartment is "non smoking" and has satellite TV and wi-fi connection.
Check-in is possible from 15.00 to 18. 00. For different needs please make arrangements. To correctly comply with tourist regulations, guests are required to send a copy of their identity card via email at the time of booking.
A deposit of Euro 200.00 is required which will be returned at the end of the stay in the absence of damage.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage – absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung war zwar nicht neu, aber sehr schön, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders die Lage ist kaum zu übertreffen – zentral, aber ruhig – ideal für einen Urlaub am Gardasee.Wir waren 7 Nächte dort, bei sehr heißem Wetter. Die Klimaanlage war daher unverzichtbar und hat super funktioniert – ein echter Vorteil, denn am Gardasee ist das leider selten. Auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren im Preis inklusive, was ebenfalls nicht selbstverständlich ist.Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar. Der Kontakt war herzlich und unkompliziert.Wenn wir die Wohnung noch einmal buchen können, kommen wir ganz sicher wieder!

Monolocale perfetto per vacanza al lago

Il monolocale corrispondeva a quanto indicato nell’annuncio, anzi le foto online non rendono giustizia. A due passi dal lago in una stradina poco frequentata e quindi zona tranquilla, molto silenzioso, vicino a bar, ristoranti e supermercati. Cucina ben attrezzata, appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una buona vacanza. Molto consigliato.

Nettes kleines Apartment für Zwei

Wir fanden das Apartment super und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Das Apartment ist schön ruhig, aber auch zentral gelegen. Fußläufig ist ein Conad und noch ein weiterer Supermarkt erreichbar. Zudem. Liegt das Apartment nur etwa 5 Minuten von diversen Restaurants und Eisdielen entfernt. Auch bis zum Strand sind es zu Fuß nicht einmal 5 Minuten. Die Fähre ist in einer Minute per Fuß zu erreichen. Super. Wir hatten eine Klasse Zeit.

Helles Apartment inmitten von Maderno

Für unseren kurzen 5 Nächte Urlaub war das Apartment in Maderno ein echter Glückstreffer. Hell und mit überdachtem Balkon, toller Gasherd plus E-Backofen, 2 Kühlschränke, Bad mit Bidé. Da wollen wir bald wieder hin!

Toller Aufenthalt am Gardasee

Wir haben die Unterkunft SEHR spontan gebucht, trotzdem hat alles super geklappt. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber völlig ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielleicht zwei Hinweise die uns aufgefallen sind, es ist leider kein Haarföhn vorhanden und es gibt kein deutschen Fernsehsender. Ansonsten ist das besondere an der Ferienwohnung wirklich die Lage. Am Wasser ist man in wenigen Schritten, 2 Minuten sind es bis zum Strand. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Wir sagen danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe!!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir sind eine große Familie hatten zwei Wohnungen gebucht. Jede war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Küchengeschirr und Geräten. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt, die Nähe zum Strand und zum Ortskern waren auch super. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder!! Mit freundlichen Grüßen Fam. Salzwedel

Klein aber fein

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Toscolano. Das Studio ist klein aber ausreichend ausgestattet und schön. Besonders der überdachte Balkon ist ein plus. Felicita die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und konnte uns die wichtigsten Punkte im Ort beschreiben und gab uns Informationsmaterial zur Umgebung. Zum See sind es nur 50 m und zum kostenlosen Strand etwa 200m. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
