The accommodation was high quality, spacious and within a short distance of Stratford Upon Avon and excellent local pubs for dining. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
Had a lovely stay at Mill House. The property has everything you need and is in a lovely quiet location. Two great pubs within walking distance and easy access to surrounding towns/villages. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location
This property is well-situated for taking day trips out to explore Warwickshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. And there’s a very comfortable bed to come back to!
You’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay within easy reach of many attractions. We had good sleep, which isn’t always the case! We were able to walk to a pub for food too. Recommend for a short stay
The cottage is beautiful, spacious, clean with all amenities
The host is helpful and completely on top of the booking
The village is charming and the local pub had great food and ambiance, a short walk away
The photos look good, it's even better when you get there
Just got back from a lovely stay at the mill cottage, the cottage is just beautiful with amazing location, the cottage itself is perfectly layout with a cosy living room and kitchen and the beds were so comfy. Would definitely recommend staying here at this hidden little gem, so thank you to the hosts Jenny, James , Ben and Jack will definitely be back
We searched accommodation for ABR late and the cottage was available. It’s a great location , at a great price and the host even provided a chain to lock the bikes!I would say the the cottage is perhaps better suited to a couple with a child due to the en-suite and a child friendly second bedroom but we were grateful for the cottage given how quickly accommodation is snapped up when weekend events are being run at Ragley Hall. The interior space and storage meant we could put away motorcycle paraphelia and so for a small family’s trip would work really well. The cottage has a really well fitted kitchen with plenty of space and large dinning table. It’s a great base for Warwickshire and the Cotswolds. Parking is excellent for cars or motorcycles. This is the whatthreewords address for the driveway to the cottage’s parking ///pens.waxes.nudgeJenny the host is very helpful with excellent comms. Really happy to recommend the property, location and host. The Broom Hall Inn is excellent for food but make sure you book, when they are busy they don’t do walk-ins. Staff were incredibly professional, friendly and helpful.
Very good, everything required was there, easy to park. two good pubs nearby for evening meals. No shops in walkable distance so need to plan well. Altogether excellant. Will go again.
We had a lovely few days on holiday at this property. High quality accommodation and had everything we needed. The house is close to lots of things to do, we particularly loved visiting Stratford whilst we were there.
We didn't use the garden, as it is shared with the property owner and we didn't want to interrupt their family time and the rest of the time, we were out exploring!
Would stay again and recommend.
What a lovely property and a wonderful stay. Obviously the owners have put a great deal of thought and effort into making it perfect. Cannot recommend it highly enough!
