Our contemporary Barton chalet has stunning sea views over the Norfolk coastline, next to our sandy beach, close to seaside resort of Great Yarmouth & the Broads National Park.

What an incredible place to stay! The chalet itself is warm and comfortable, but it’s the breathtaking view and unbeatable location that truly make it unforgettable. Listening to the waves crash against the shore—or the storm roll in on that wild night—was pure nourishment for the soul. Long walks on the beach with the dogs felt like heaven, especially when finished with a warm coffee or a glass of wine while soaking in the sweeping views. I was genuinely sad to leave, but this spot is firmly on my list of places to return to.

Lovely views

Property was lovely and clean and had just what we needed. Really comfy beds and lovely quilt and pillows. Lovely views, tidy outdoor space with seating and table. Took our little dogs and was perfect for them and great for walks along the beach. Easy check in and hosts checked in on us to check everything was ok. Would go back.!

The chalet with the view

Ideal and compact but everything you need. Beautiful uninterrupted view of the sea and outdoor seating. Comfortable bed and great to have a designated parking space behind the chalet. Very good location to get to Gt Yarmouth, shops, pubs, restaurants etc. Would highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this super chalet. The new owners (literally we was their first change over!) are really lovely and have great plans for the accommodation including making things more private with better outdoor areas etc.. which will be lovely - but even without that we will be back! We was't sure what to expect but if you are hesitating then don't! The location is superb with a wonderful beach a 30 second walk away and a great area to explore. There are shops and places to eat very close by too. We hadn't been to this area before but will certainly be back. Thankyou Stuart and Louise for a wonderful stay - hope to see you again soon!

Amazing Place

The property is perfect for a couple, amazing views of the sea and a genuine 5 minute walk down to the lovely beach. Easy to get out to other places like Great Yarmouth - bus passes the property. Would recommend highly.

Lovely views in a very quiet area. Beach walks

Everything was perfect and lovely until we went to bed. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, springs popping out the mattress and the pillows were old and lumpy. The fitted sheet was also old and had fabric bobbles all over it. Walks along the beach we’re great but not really any other choices for walks. The bakery around the corner was delicious and The Banford hotel and spa was 5* for food and service.

Beautiful property. The units are located in duplex-style bungalows, and there are about 6 units total on the property. We stayed in Unit 6, which was on the far left side of the property and had spectacular views. great location- outside of the city, but within walking distance of everything you need. Beach access is a <10 min walk away. Property managers were wonderful and responsive.

Clean, views excellent in main area and outside. Kitchen adequate, small freezer compartment. Shower base raised, walls panelled. In these unpresidented times you will only get 6 nights accommodation, but pay for 7 nights, so Saturday to Friday 6pm departure. Not Saturday to Saturday. Enjoyable stay only 7 other rentals and a house on these premises. Good base for touring area.

Thank you for your review. Just to clarify our Covid Secure measure. Guests are asked to vacate 6pm Friday night instead of 9am Saturday, still enjoying a 7 day stay! This enables us to fully sanitise the property overnight with our fogging machine. This is the only safe way to ensure that no Covid-19 has been left behind. Lovely location and comfy accommodation

We would just like to say how much we enjoyed our weekend staying in the Barton chalet. The view was an absolute picture and listening to the sound of the sea was so relaxing, we have arrived home completely refreshed from our break. It was like our own little island of paradise, Relaxing us from the very start. The chalet was comfortable and clean & you have thought of almost everything you might need. People holidaying in the surrounding chalets were all very friendly and we couldn't have asked for more. Thanks for repairing the taps too so promptly.
