Within 5 minutes' walking distance are the beautiful sights of the old port of "Cala" with its sailboats and the "Castello a Mare" fortress.
Going the other way, a 10-minute walk into town will take you to the "Teatro Massimo", Europe's 2nd largest theater.

Quaint apartment in convenient location

Comfortable apartment in nice old town location. Easy access to the surroundings. Everything in working order. Nice outdoor space. There are a significant number of narrow stairs to navigate both up to and in side the apartment but manageable assuming reasonable health and body composition.

Perfect flat

The apartment is very modern, clean and centrally located. The flat has everything you need, the terrace is a true jem, we enjoyed breakfast and wine there. Luca is alway available to help you. I recommend the place sincerely.
