At the foot of the Sierras de Camara and the Umbria is Villa Thea, a charming property in a special enclave, away from the big cities and in the middle of nature. The area has beautiful landscapes and is perfect to relax, go for a walk with bicycle, make excursions through the mountains, swim, read, visit wine cellars, museums, castles, taste the cuisine of the area, enjoy our popular festivals, etc. ... Peaceful and relaxing

Exactly what I wanted. Host was great and a great welcome when I arrived. The Villa was isolated, quiet and relaxing. Pool was a good size. I would definitely go again.

Great relaxing stay

Rosa thank you for all the help with directions and communication before arrival and during our stay. Lots of recommendations for local restaurants and wine tasting and things to do. I had a great time at the villa which was spotlessly clean and well equipped. You need a car for this villa but the town is 7 mins drive. Loved the home grown Almonds to. Thanks Rosa will hopefully come again.

Lovely

We had a great time at Villa Thea. A fully equiped house with a beautiful pool. Our host Rosa was very kind, had a lot of useful information and responded very quick when we had a question, thank you Rosa. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood a few miles out of the nice little city of Sax, where you can find a lot of nice restaurants and shops. We loved it and can highly recommend this place !!!

Relaxing stay in a rural location

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay at Villa Thea. The rural location guarantees amazing views over the mountains and surrounding green farms. Rosa was brilliant communicating with us, while allowing us to have full privacy. We asked for the access to the pool and it was ready - it is not heated, so was cold in April, but it was easy to imagine how wonderful it would be during summer. We spent time sunbathing outside instead. Rosa has great attention to detail and the villa was very clean; everything you need was provided and more - fully equipped kitchen, some kitchen necessities like salt, sugar, coffee, tea, cooking oil, etc. We were also greeted by a bottle of local wine and some chocolates. It was a joy to cook dinners (going out requires driving, we stayed at the villa instead), the supermarket nearby (in Sax, 10 min drive) has everything - fish, seafood, meat, etc; we also used the fireplace (everything was prepared in advance, plenty of wood). We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a tranquil and relaxing stay. There is not much to do without driving, but Rosa is a great host, English is not her first language, but she managed to communicate perfectly at all times! Very pleased we found this villa and would book again!

Todo perfecto.

La casa es tal cual aparece en las fotos. Muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable. Lejos del ruido y el bullicio. Rosa ha estado muy pendiente de que no nos faltara nada. Recomendable 100 x 100 y volveremos seguro .

La Villa Thea es muy acogedora, todo limpísimo. La cocina, y casa en general, completísima. Tiene todo lo que necesitas para relajarte, y disfrutar de la naturaleza y de Alicante. La ubicación es muy buena ya que estas a pocos minutos del centro de Sax y del de Salinas también, y cerca de paseos muy bonitos. La Villa Thea tiene piscina, chimenea, un gran terreno privado y unas vistas preciosas. También hay muy buena conexión de Wi-Fi. Rosa es super amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Muchísimas gracias por todo Rosa, ha sido un placer conocerte.

A wonderful location for a great holiday

We had a lovely stay at Villa Thea. Rosa is the perfect host, providing a wealth of information about the local area. Whatever your interests, Rosa will find plenty of things for you to do and – especially – eat! Our flight was delayed on the way over and she was infinitely patient and helpful, finding food for us even though we arrived at nearly midnight. The villa is in a lovely location. We visited in early autumn when the nights were getting cooler and the sunsets were spectacular over the mountains behind the villa. We can certainly recommend this accommodation.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances chez notre hôte Rosa. Sa maison est idéale pour se reposer, profiter du soleil et de nuits tranquilles. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour s'y sentir très bien. La maison possède tout le nécessaire pour faire de la bonne cuisine. Tout est très propre. Et il y a la wifi. Rosa sait vraiment bien accueillir. Elle est très aimable, soucieuse de notre bien être et très discrète. Nous avons été très heureux de passer une partie du mois d'août chez elle.

Lovely, traditional Spanish villa which was very private and immaculately clean. Perfect for us.

The villa was in a quiet location, but not too far from fantastic vineyards and amazing places to eat. The villa owner could not have been more helpful. The pool was lovely. The region was lovely as it was mainly inhabited by local Spanish people, so it felt far more authentic than the more touristy places we have stayed in in the past. The villa is remote, but is within easy access of a number of small towns and Alicante. I had avoided visiting Alicante in the past, but I loved it, especially having a cold drink overlooking the Marina. We wanted a quiet place in which to recharge our batteries and Villa Thea fulfilled our requirements perfectly. We plan to return in the future.

Maravillosa Villa en plena naturaleza.

Nosotros hemos pasado nuestra luna de miel en Villa Tea y ha sido una experiencia inolvidable!!! Es muy sencillo llegar, es todo autovia además que Rosa estuvo en todo momento pendiente del teléfono para cualquier cosa. Nos recibió de maravilla con un detalle de una Coca de azúcar buenisima, nos explico todo muy bien y la verdad es un sitio muy tranquilo, acogedor y del que volveremos seguro más adelante..
