Beach Clubs' Best! 20th Floor Luxury, 3/3, Amenities, Privacy and Great Views!

This family-oriented condo is not suitable for college breakers. We limit occupancy to 6 guests. Occupants are verified carefully.

As with any real estate, LOCATION MATTERS! Our Bristol Tower, 20th floor 3 bed and 3 bath unit has the most spectacular combination of expansive, unencumbered views, privacy and amenities. A close examination of condo properties will reveal that only a very small percentage of units offer the ability for guests to lounge on the balcony without facing other condos and/or being within direct view from the walkway below. At the Beach Club the very best views face slightly to the West. Look at our pictures and you will observe the balcony view looking off to both the East and the West, are virtually unobstructed. Not to mention outstanding views looking north out the back of the unit! You can even see the city of Mobile in the distance. Now compare with other units. Most face into other units. If the view matters and if privacy is a consideration, we welcome the comparison!

This is a premier, Club Level (high quality amenities), 3 bedrooms and 3 bath unit at Alabama’s finest destination luxury resort. Our condo has recently been completely renovated including all new appliances, new fully tiled bathrooms, cabinets, furniture and furnishings. It is constantly being updated. The Beach Club is a fully self-contained, state of the art complex offering an unsurpassed variety of activities, luxury, and conveniences for the discerning vacationing family. Be it the onsite fine dining (or casual if you prefer), 5 pools, 4 hot tubs, professional tennis courts and pickle ball or nearby championship golf (Kiva Dunes is but a mile away and Peninsula Golf Club is 7 miles away), the Tangier Outlet Mall and the infamous Flora-Bama country bar (think Jimmy Buffet), your every entertainment need can be met! For the history and nature lovers, within a short walk, there’s birding and hiking at the 6,500 acre, Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge along with the grounds of historic Fort Morgan.

The Beach club is near “new” after sustaining a direct hit in September of 2020 by hurricane Sally. The entire complex had been refurbished.
The top several floors of the Bristol Towers are designated “Club Floors” offering significantly upgraded amenities to the units. Ours offers a tasteful contemporary motif with original art, totally remodeled kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances, thick granite counter tops and beautiful travertine floors throughout. While we have continuously updated the entire unit, hurricane Sally damage necessitated replacing nearly everything, including all new fully tiled bathrooms as well as bedroom and living room furniture. Replaced very recently include the furnace and air conditioner, and all 4 flat screen TV's are high def or 4k, smart tv's. The 50 inch, 4k in the living room has a synchronized sound bar. There is a high efficiency/low noise GE, clothes washer/dryer versus the standard “cement mixers!”

In addition to spectacular views offered by the 216 square foot covered patio deck, there is high-end patio furniture including 2 fully reclining lounges, an oversize dining table which can accommodate four and an additional sitting area with 2 swivel rockers and end tables. Be it having morning coffee or evening cocktails and dinner while watching the sunset, you will be spoiled!

Our kitchen cabinetry has been totally remodeled and not only contains upgraded appliances, but offers the adventurous cook about every utensil needed for whatever dish you wish to prepare. We are surprised by the number of guests who have commented about the completeness of the kitchen! The contemporary dining area comfortably seats 6 at the main table and is augmented with two place-settings at the nearby counter/bar.

The living area has in-place seating for six adults to include a large couch, a cozy rocking chair and a European swivel/recliner and ottoman. It is designed with convenient access to the large 50-inch flat screen and coordinated sound-bar in the entertainment area where you can access the traditional 130 broadcast channels or log into your favorite app. The custom-made floor to ceiling draperies in the living room allow for a “dark out” for optimum daytime viewing of your favor movie or to take a casual nap on the couch or recliner.

The Master bedroom has its own access to the covered balcony. The comfort afforded by the king-size, luxury padded bed may entice you to purchase one for your home (as we have done). There is a 43” smart TV as well as a Blue Ray, DVD player. From the artwork to the beds, all are new and of the highest quality for your comfort. The master bedroom has a brand new fully tiled walk-in shower with a massaging shower head and in-shower seating.


The “second master” bedroom, located at the opposite end of the unit faces out over Mobile Bay. On a clear day you can see all the way to Mobile! The décor, both new and spacious also has new furnishings and comfortable bedding along with an en-suite. It has its own 32-inch high def, smart TV and Blue Ray, DVD player. There is a fully tiled, en-suit bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds along with its own smart, high def flat screen TV and DVD player. Just across the hall is the third bath which is also accessible from the rest of the unit for daily use. It has a side-mounted shower valve so you need not get wet when you turn it on and adjust the temperature. All the bedroom cabinetry, furniture, mattresses, bedding and showers, are nearly new.

VALUE MATTERS! Not only are we competitively priced with other 3-bedroom units (even though our unit is at the high end of amenities offered), when you compare with the 'big boys' who manage multiple condos, you save hundreds. While there is an additional charge for the club use (should you want to use it) you do not pay the fixed 7% resort fee. Rather, you decide if and how much you want to use the facilities.

Carol and I are native 'New Englander's and have grown up near the sea. We have lived in several states and have also lived in Jamaica. We have been avid sailors through most of our lives.
We chose the Fort Morgan peninsula and the Beach Club in particular, for it's tranquility among the finest beaches in the USA. Our family gatherings have included our two sons' families with five grandchildren. We never tire of the tranquility the beach offers.

The beach is spectacular and The Beach Club is a first class resort offering upscale amenities. On September 16, 2020, hurricane Sally devastated the complex. A year later, Both the Beach Club and our condo have been totally rebuilt to "like-new." Our unit has always been professionally maintained and upgraded continuously with high end furnishings and art work. The rebuild took an entire year and touched every aspect of our condo. We limit occupancy to 6 in order to manage the wear and tear on the condo, to maintain its excellence. We want our guests to be not only impressed, but to want for nothing. We are the owners and we take pride in our service quality providing the utmost care to make your experience exceptional. Consequently, we are fortunate to have a large number of repeat guests and enjoy outstanding VRBO reviews.

What makes this property unique

The location of our unit in the Beach Club offers the best views in the entire complex. Let's face it, looking straight ahead most units have great views of the ocean. What our Bristol, 20th floor offers is the breath of the view looking East, West, North and South without looking into other units. That is what truly separates the experience from the average and why the higher floors cost much more than lower floors to purchase.
