Located next to the beach. this exclusive four bedrooms apartment is a perfect place to stay with family or friends.

Accommodation, Distribution and Equipment

With 140 square meters, and 8 people capacity, it is a great accommodation with splendid decoration and the highest comfort for our guests.

The living room has a spacious living room with gray chaise longue sofa and dining table for eight people. Next to it, and in a separate room, we will find a perfectly equipped kitchen with white colours and a small American bar for informal lunches. The rooms have two double beds and four single beds, and you will also have two bathrooms with shower and bathtub perfectly equipped with everything you need to relax.

Equipment and facilities: a television with satellite channels, High Speed WiFi Internet, hot and cold air conditioning, microwave, ceramic hob, juicer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of kitchenware and utensils, bedding , towels, washing machine, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Location

Placedin a recently renovated building, it is located in one of the closest streets to Malagueta beach, ten minute walking distance from Alameda Principal and historical city center. The place where this apartment is located, just a few minutes from the beach, is part of one of the most traditionally frequented areas of Malaga life, due to the several number of small businesses you could find around the surrounding streets.

Perfect location

Jose did a great job of answering any questions we had about the property. The apartment is spacious and clean. The location is a perfect distance from the beach and all other tourist spots. I would highly recommend this place.

Not fully satisfied

Property was for 8 people. Only 7 towels and 1 bath mat (for 2 bathrooms). When we pointed this out while checking in we were told nothing could be done that evening or the following day as it was Sunday. I emailed again on Monday requesting more towels and also cloths for the kitchen as none were provided. We heard nothing and got no towels. I was told that we could get a change of towels during the week. After another request these were eventually delivered late on Wednesday night. The property was nice, in very good location. I think the management company could do a lot better. There was absolutely no personal touch.
