With a surface area of 100 square meters and a capacity of up to 6 people, this is a very special property, which has been recently renovated and decorated with attention to the smallest details.

The house has a spacious living room with a sofa bed convertible into a double bed and access to a sunny terrace. It also has an integrated dining area and a fully integrated kitchen equipped for your needs. The house also has two bedrooms decorated in detail, as you can see in the image gallery, both with two double beds.

The location of this apartment, just a minute from the beach, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga's life, due to the large number of small businesses that the surrounding streets offer.

beachside stay at Malaga

The property is brilliantly located for the beach and short walk away from the town centre. also very close to the pier with lots of restaurants nearby. Parking was easy to find on the street in front of the flat. Amenities were good, but the shower room and beds could do with an upgrade. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

This was the perfect location. The condo itself needs a bit of attention. The faucets leaked, the shower door leaked, the toilets ran, the automated window treatments didn't all work, the cold air supplies dripped water on the tile making it hazardou, a lot of wear and tear to the cabinets. I am sure it was lovely when it was new.

The view and location were exceptional. The beds are comfortable, but the pillows aren’t to my liking. The kitchen is beautiful, but not very practical once you pull out a toaster and a coffee machine. The HUGE problem was how dirty the apartment was. There was hair everywhere, nothing had been dusted - the towel rail in the en-suite bathroom was covered with dust, every power point filled with dust, ever window casing filled with dust, the exterior of the bathroom window was disgustingly dusty. The floor of the shower was sticky for some reason, too. The balcony furniture was also dirty. It was just plain dirty!!! I had read other reviews about how dirty the property was, so was somewhat prepared, but it was worse than I could have imagined. For a high end property with loads of reviews complaining about the cleanliness, iLoft Malaga should be ashamed not to have done something about it. The view, though, was spectacular, and helped overlook the filthy inside.

Wonderful location - clean and even more spacious than photos suggest. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Host very communicative before arrival. Little communication after. Kitchen could use more utensils, sharp knives and serving bowls- only bare necessities there for something so expensive. Had asked for lightbulbs which never arrived. Otherwise a phenomenal spot, with exceptional views and close to everything!

Great stay in Malagueta with the kids

Great location right on the beach and a block from the port, spacious, modern, and comfortable. Clear communication about the parking would have been preferred, but there was ample street parking for free during the weekend.

Beautiful apartment in an awesome location.

Ruben was very helpful with local information and patient during our check in. The apartment is beautiful and is directly across from Malagueta beach. The views are amazing. The location is close to many conveniences. The property was a bit low on supplies. While it has a washer/dryer combination, which is a very welcome amenity, there was no laundry detergent. We purchased some and some paper products to leave for the next guests. It would also be nice to have more hooks to hang towels and other items. Malaganians like to stay out late so be prepared for late night hustle and bustle. Parking can be tricky. There is two hour pay parking very close by, a parking structure a few minutes walk away which can be pricey and free parking that is about a 15 minute walk from the apartment. Both taxis and Uber are pretty easy to get. Uber is not available in all parts of Spain. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Malaga!
