This unique property is located in the old fishing district of Malaga, at Pedregalejo beach. The picturesque neighborhood, hidden from the hustle and bustle of the historic center, is one of the most exclusive and sought-after areas of the city with its picturesque promenade full of traditional fish restaurants and trendy cafés.

This beautiful home consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms on three different floors, ideal for a family vacation or a city getaway with friends. It is located on a quaint street, steps from the beach and its six U-shaped coves.

The mix of traditional Andalusian architecture, colorful and modern eclectic furniture gives this property a unique atmosphere.

On the first floor, you will find a bright living and dining room area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a small bath.

A beautiful staircase leads to the second floor where you will find the master bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower, and a second bedroom with bunk beds.

The third floor features the third bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a utility closet with washer and dryer. All bedrooms offer plenty of closet space.
