Clean modern rooms. Location was excellentEasy check in and out. Management team was responsive, friendly and very helpful. The washing machine-dryer was excellent. The second bathroom was misrepresented as there is no proper second shower. It is a disability accessible shower so not appropriate for regular use.

The decor, the location and the comfort were ideal. The communication was perfect.The towels were large and soft. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect, 5 minutes from Plaza Merced, the Roman theatre or the Cathedral. 15 minutes to the harbour front or the indoor market. There was some road work out the front but it might be finished soon and we were out during the day anyway. Everything was lovely

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Although you will not sleep for that week of vacation! The loud parties in the bars and restaurants until 5am. The insulation of the windows is horrible. Despite great ear plugs, we got no sleep for the week.

family stay in Malaga

I took my family to visit Malaga because I wanted them to see the city where I studied 40 years ago. Malaga as a city has really come a long way and was a great place to visit. The Centro Historico which is where we stayed was a convenient place to be for all of the activities including beaches and restaurants. The management company did an excellent job throughout the whole process and the apartment was clean and everything worked fine. The location however was right next to six restaurants/bars that were very lively and loud up until about 1 AM everyone morning and then there was a nightclub about 50 meters away that was very loud up until 6 AM on Friday-Sunday.

3 Day Stay In September

We as a family of 5 stayed in Merced 1 for 2 nights, 3 days in September. We had just travelled from another Solaga managed property in Nerja. The customer service prompt and helpful via phone as when we arrived there was no access and cleaner was still there. We were allowed to leave our bags and go exploring for a few hours. This might not suit everyone so it's important that the apartment is ready when agreed. The apartment is cleaned to a high standard and is very spacious. The location is perfect. While we feel this would be a great find for some, things that we stop us returning would be the overall feel of the apartment. While cleaned to a good standard, there are areas of the apartment that are not being reached. It's a little basic and in need of an upgrade. The rug and couch in the sitting room are covered in stains, as are the walls throughout.

Vielen Dank an Steffen und Teresa für den sehr freundlichen/herzlichen Empfang. Das Apartment ist quasi neu, in perfektem Zustand und hervorragend ausgestattet. Insbesondere die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut, schöne Teller, Besteck, Gläser und Tassen, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine bis hin zum Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, zwei Badezimmer (eins mit Badewanne und eins mit Dusche), das Internet war sehr schnell. Positiv war auch die Nähe zu Geschäften und Restaurants, womit wir aber auch zum einzigen Negativen kommen: der Lärm durch Restaurant-Besucher, Feiernde und teilweise auch Betrunkene hat die Nacht zum Tag gemacht. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen, wenn die Lage etwas ruhiger wäre. Ansonsten würden wir von diesem Anbieter eher eine Wohnung in ruhigerer Lage buchen.
