Perfect spot

The corner apartment was bright and spacious with standing balconies to view the square and side street. The fixtures and finishes were modern, top-notch. The neighborhood was family-friendly, easily walkable to the market, Alcazaba, pier/port among many other sights and locations. Staff was extremely responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great apartment in Malaga Cemtro

One of few rental properties that is better in person than in the listing. Wonderful corner unit filled with light which is spread throughout by clean white walls and ceilings. Very comfortable bed. Good sized kitchen with adequate cooking utensils. Great location, not loud and around corner from wonderful Atarazanas market. Only item needing improvement: cleanliness of base of shower areas.

Fantastic Location

My wife and I recently stayed a month in this well located modern apartment in the heart of Malaga Centro . Very close to cafes, restaurants and museums Only two blocks to Calle Larios and walking distance to the beach. The management team are wonderful and very responsive. With respect to the apartment, in my opinion would benefit from new and more comfortable furniture in the living room. The apartment has high ceilings, custom French doors and numerous balconies to enjoy the views. And finally, the apartment is very close to the central market which is a big plus.

Great location

We had a nice stay at this apartment in October. It’s well appointed with comfy beds and all the utensils needed for meals we cooked. I took 1 star off because there was a bad odor coming from the air vents that prevented us from being able to use the air conditioner so we had some rather restless nights of sleeping due to noise from outside with the windows open for air. We did bring this to Carlos attention but couldn’t get it resolved. Regardless, this apartment is in a perfect location to get to the market, lots of shopping,restaurants and historical sights. We also had a time set up for check out and Carlos didn’t arrive at the appointed time. I still recommend it

Very positive points: - Complete set of kitchen equipment - Well-proportioned and spacious rooms - Large windows with shutters and balcony for a beautiful view - Located a stone's throw from the fantastic public market - Lots of amenities around (restaurants, bakeries, super Markets, shops, pedestrian streets) - prestigious building, renovated, secure Points for improvement: - a defective blind in one of the bedrooms - no chairs or armchairs with arms - difficulties in communicating with the landlord but everything ended well ( always provide two possibilities of communication with the landlord, example incorrect telephone number)

Awesome apartment and spectacular location

This apartment is excellent and is located in a super convenient location. The building is kept immaculately clean and the elevator is a plus. The kitchen is very well stocked and the living room is bright and sunny. The step out balconies are awesome. Hands down one of the best places I’ve stayed in Europe. My only very small suggestion is that they provide some type of area in the shower to place your soap and other toiletries rather than having to place them on the shower floor. Overall however, this apartment is spectacular

Amazing apartment, well located in the heart of the historic Malaga

Nous étions deux amies et les deux chambres et deux salles de bain étaient les bienvenues. Les lits sont très confortables. Le chauffage et l’air climatisé est centralisé donc la température pour dormir est toujours idéale. Très lumineux et superbes portes fenêtres pour aérer avec des volets. Le building est aussi très chic avec des ascenseurs. L’endroit est très calme et isolé contre le bruit. Nous n’avons pas entendu un seul voisin. Le marché Aterazanas juste à côté est parfais pour acheter légumes et fruits frais, poissons etc. Tout est à distance de marche, bien situé. Les gens de Solaga sont très aimables et serviables, ils répondent très rapidement et viennent pour l’accueil lors de l’arrivée. Vraiment tout était parfait!

All mod cons apartment in central area of Malaga, close to everything you need to enjoy your stay (café, restaurant, supermarket, shopping, center, muséum, night club, train/bus station and beach). Everything was perfect . Minimal suggestion: Adding shampo, conditioner, lotion, kitchen paper towels and tooth paste would be nice specially when we arrived and didn’t want to go to market immediately .

La ubicación y sobre todo el trato recibido a la llegada impecable como siempre, nos volvemos a ver el próximo año. Quizás la insonorizacion de las habitaciones, también coincidió que era semana santa y había más ruido, sobre todo de madrugada por camiones de limpieza etc...
