A 3 minute drive from one of the most beautiful Corsican beaches Pinarello. Beach very gentle slope for toddlers.

By booking in advance on Easyjet there are plane tickets from 29 euros and the car rental costs around 250 euros per week.

Airport: Figari 30 min, Bastia 2h, Ajaccio 3 hours.

Ps: possibility to rent the boat Flyer 7 of 6. 95 m, armed for 10 passengers, engine 4 T Mercury Verado 250 horses. Condition having the permit sea.
It can tow a water ski or a buoy.
The price is 300 and 500 euros the day (mini 3 days) and 1400 euros to 2500 € the week (except petrol of course!). A deposit is required.

This is a luxury new villa of 125 m2 with 3 bedrooms all overlooking windows and panoramic terraces, it is equipped with 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets it can accommodate up to 2 families or 4 couples. A parental suite on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. WIFI available.

The decoration is refined and the air conditioning is natural, with green roofs; In winter the wood stove warms the heart.

The pool of 6m * 3m * 1. 50m is equipped with a balneo bench of the swim against the current is heated. It has a 37-degree spa all year round.

Optional, sheets and towels 70 euros, cleaning 90 €, baby kit 30 euros.
Parking assured for cars.

Séjour fantastique

Superbe villa dans un environnement calme et aboré. Frédérique est à l'écoute et disponible pour répondre à nos demandes. Sébastien le correspondant est trés accueillant et réactif. La villa est tout équipée pour nous accueillir et passer un super séjour. Jaccuzzi, piscine, frigo américain, barbecue... Villa à visiter sans plus attendre.

Soggiorno in agosto in famiglia e con amici: bene ma non benissimo

L interno della casa è corrispondente alle foto: accogliente, moderno e ben organizzato. I letti comodi e gli arredi quasi nuovi. All arrivo però mancava un letto per la bimba. Il referente locale si è attivato prontamente per far arrivare la rete e il giorno dopo il materasso. All esterno gli spazi sono sacrificati ma ben organizzati. La vasca idromassaggio è inutilizzabile perché non funzionante. La piscina è stata spesso sporca e questo ci ha impedito di utilizzarla appieno e comunque quanto avremmo voluto. Nell inserzione era incluso il giro in barca flyer che in realtà non c è stato. A posteriori prezzo troppo alto rispetto a quanto atteso in base all inserzione.

Très bon séjour.

La situation de cette location est très bonne, la réactivité de la propriétaire est très rapide, une location de bon standing, un propriétaire très à l'écoute, ne pas hésiter à converser avec elle.

Nichts von Luxusvilla - reine Abzocke

Wir haben unsere Ferien im Sommer 2019 in der angeblichen "Luxusvilla" verbracht. Das Haus entspricht nicht den Fotos. Fotos wurden nach der Erstellung gemacht und nicht aktualisiert. Das Mobiliar ist dasselbe, nur leider einige Jahre später und ersetzt wurde wenig wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich ist. Mobiliar ist kaputt und schmutzig, Liegegelegenheiten ebenfalls kaputt (gebrochene Lattenroste) und Matratzen eklig und unbequem. Bei Ankunft war das Haus SCHMUTZIG. Bierflaschen lagen herum, geputzt wurde nicht und Kleider hingen ebenfalls noch im Schaft. Die zuständige Person (älterer Herr damals) kam auf unsere Reklamation hin am nächsten Tag putzen. Viel sauberer wars leider jedoch nicht. Die Vermieterin F. Franc hat mich nach erneuter Reklamation und Geldrückforderung angerufen und wollte von nichts wissen. Die verschimmelten Pfannen hätte sie mir bezahlen wollen, darauf konnte ich jedoch verzichten. Hausbesitzerin war rassistisch und frech. "Melden Sie es doch bei Ihrer Versicherung, dass ist das, was die Schweizer am besten können!". Geld haben wir von der Besitzerin keines zurück bekommen. Wer sein Geld loswerden will soll buchen, alle anderen lasst die Finger davon weg. In der Siedlung gibt es weitere Häuser, welche der gleichen Familie angehören und die Nachbarn waren ebenfalls empört. Das tolle war, dass das Haus gut gelegen war und nahe am Strand liegt. (5 Minuten Autofahrt) Korsika ist ein schöner Fleck auf der Erde, jedoch verdirbt es einem die teueren Ferien, wenn das Haus nicht dem entspricht, wofür auf der Anzeige geworben wird.

Très bon séjour en Corse, Les Corses sont super ça va. Maison correcte pour Accueillir six personnes maxi. La piscine Était sale , Le contre-courant ne fonctionnait pas, ni La lumière. Le mobilier est obsolète, etc...
