These houses sit within a 1,500 m? private estate on the northern coast of Crete, near the town of Rethymnon, in the village of Atsipopoulo.

Villa Notos is a 2 bedroom house (100sqm) can accommodate 4 people in beds and up to 5 people.

Layout

Ground floor

Entering villa you will find an open plan area with the living room with two sofas and coffee table, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Interior of the villa is designed in traditional style which will bring you sense of coziness and feeling of home away from home. Owner of the complex pays special attention to the small details, paintings on the wall, handmade doormats, house plants, everything is carefully thought out. WC with shower also available on this floor.

First floor

On the first floor guests will find two bedrooms of the Villa, one with double bed (1,60 X 2,00) and built-in wardrobe, while the other one features two single beds (1,00 X 2,00). All bedrooms are air conditioned. Also on first floor is located bathroom with toilet.

Outdoor area
The outdoor area of the complex offers several facilities, shared between the villas, which include:
- A 40 m? communal swimming pool with sun beds, umbrellas and resting area
- Barbecue and outdoor dining area
- Beautiful garden with seating area
- A communal washing machine
- Each villa has it own parking space

Atsipopulo is a nice suburb of Rethymnon Town, only 5 km from the city center. There is nothing that you cannot find in Atsipopoulo nowadays, as it has all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, many restaurants and services. The spot of the complex is ideal for people who want a quiet place to relax but to be close to everything. Furthermore it is a great base for making excursions around Crete as the main national road is only 2 minutes away.

Wonderful villa

Properties are very well presented, rustic but modern. Villa owners are amazing, so helpful with advice about trips etc. and Kostas would regularly buy me coffees delivered to the door! Maria owns a restaurant in the old town that is highly recommended, fabulous food and service, including baked goods provided to us at various points whilst we were sat by the pool! The family owners are so friendly, the local village has a couple of great traditional Greek tavernas and the pool is a good size for the property,though note you have to share with other renters (though this was never an issue). Only minor gripe is the shower is very average, and you have to plan a bath 30 minutes in advance,but this is no big deal when you are relaxing and have time on your side! In short, we will definitely be coming back and cannot speak highly enough of the owners, and also Etouri, the property managers, who provided a brilliant WhatsApp concierge service that included restaurant recommendations and bookings,taxi bookings etc. Absolute A+ service from all, thank you (even got a big bottle of olive oil to take home from Maria!).

Wonderful Place

6 tolle Tage an einem wundervollen Ort Wir haben eine tolle Zeit hier verbracht, haben die Ruhe am Pool genossen und die Nähe zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Besonders angetan hat es uns Rethymno und ganz besonders die Taverne Knossos. Maria und Kostas waren tolle Gastgeber.
