About this property

Large and beautiful new house from 2015 with a modern, fully air-conditioned design:
- 4 bedrooms including a master suite with a total of 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and walk-in shower, 1 with walk-in shower) in the main area
- 1 annex with a mezzanine bedroom, 1 sleeping on the ground floor and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower
-> in total 4 adult beds and 6 child beds. Ideal for two families with children.
- a large and beautiful open fully equipped kitchen overlooking a living room of over 70 m2 with direct view of the garden and swimming pool
- Beautiful wooded and landscaped garden with magnificent heated "lagoon" pool (2 beautiful beaches and numerous deckchairs).
- 2 beautiful terraces, one partly covered south side, one east side, near the kitchen with dining area and large Forge Adour plancha. Large family table.
- Play area for children: high hut, swingset with swing.
- Petanque ground on the side of the house.
- Comfortable parking, washing machine / dryer, WiFi.
Bikes available if needed.

This little haven of peace will allow you to have a good time with family or friends and thus enjoy the Toulouse sun. In addition, it is ideally located 10 minutes from the gates of Toulouse (emblematic city of aeronautics), 30 minutes from Gaillac, 45 minutes from Albi and 1 hour from Cordes-sur-Ciel. You can take advantage of the many cultural and gastronomic opportunities (see the owner's tips ...).

The house is located at the end of a very calm dead end, on the edge of a forest, 800m from the village center (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, beautician, small Carrefour market supermarket).

We pamper our house throughout the year and wish to rent it in a family and friendly spirit. We wish to meet families sharing our curiosity and our taste for life. We speak French, German, English and Spanish.
