An outside barbecue and a shaded parking area. Many attractions nearby like the "camino de los artesanos", rio pintos, cerro uritorco. Rent is cheapest in the area, with as two week minimum stay...

I fell in love with Punilla and bought my chalet there in 2004. I speak several languages and enjoy clear communication with my guests. I feel the place is an exceptional place to enjoy.
Why they chose this property
I love the view of the mountains and the ocasional horse riders that come by. I lve the closeness to shops and Restaurants and shopping in La Falda, the town close by. Also love the masions by the golf course in La Cumbre, nearby in the other direction. From La Cumbre there are fun drives to the Rio Pintos, and on the way a stunning view from the place where people go gliding (world class competitions held there.) The Cerro Uritorco is also a great excursion, and the "Camino de los Artesanos" is agreat drive. The La Cumbre Golf Course is World Class natural handicap. Near the residence there are lakes, creeks, and aCommunity pool. The place is chill and extremely enjoyable. I love being aale to lock the gate and have total security.

The park with the fruit trees, its location arpound the corner from "Luz y Fuerza" the biggest, nicest Hotel in Punilla. The friendly shop keepers, the weather, the mountains.
