Casa Acqua | 2-bedroom apartment with private garden (4+1 persons)
Summary:
Casa Acqua, with an area of 75 m², can accommodate up to 5 people and is suitable for families with children. It has 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed in the TV room and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen and living room overlook the private outdoor space with its garden shaded by a pergola equipped with table chairs and rocking chair. The pool can be reached on foot, simply by walking around the farmhouse.
The Space:
Tenuta Capitolini is an enchanting stone and brick farmhouse set in nature, surrounded by olive trees and a privileged and suggestive panorama in Umbria. It stands at the foot of the medieval village of Collelungo (twelfth century) with a splendid view overlooking the middle Tiber valley. Precisely because of its central location, is an excellent starting point to continue with cultural excursions in the nearby cities of Perugia, Todi, Orvieto, Assisi, Spoleto, Gubbio.
Guest Access:
Please note that the Capitolini Estate consists of three apartments; guests in these apartments share the swimming pool.
The Neighborhood:
The farmhouse is located in the hamlet of Collelungo, a small town with a history dating back to the 13th century. In 1294 the town walls were built by the Monaldeschi family, which ended up under the power of Paolo III. The region of Todi and Perugia is worth visiting; from Perugia you can easily drive to Assisi. Lake Trasimeno is a refreshing day trip. Perugia is the capital of Umbria and a major city in central Italy. Perugia sits on an elongated hill. At the top is the medieval part of the city. The gateway Porta d'Augusto is preserved from Etruscan times. Other highlights include the Palazzo dei Priori, the Fontana Maggiore, the Oratory of San Bernardino, and, of course, the Cathedral.

Interaction with Guests:
Together with my husband Marco, and filled with happy memories and a deep love for the beauty of this place, we have completely restored this hidden gem. We devoted special care to every detail, creating a warm and welcoming family home style, all while embracing the surrounding nature—an unspoiled amphitheater that inspires a sense of well-being for both body and mind.
The farmhouse has been brought back to life with the desire to share all of this with those who carry in their hearts a true joy for life.
“Close your eyes... feel life awakening... feel the earth vibrating... feel nature’s energy bursting forth... it’s the force of life reminding you how beautiful the world around you truly is.”
Don’t miss the chance to discover a place where dreaming is still possible… we’ll be delighted to welcome you into our little treasure!
