Surrounded by 30 hectares of olive groves and Mediterranean vegetation, Tenuta Carabollace offers a swimming pool, a hot tub and uninterrupted views of the sea and the surrounding valley.

Located in Sciacca only 500 m. from the sea, 6 km from the historic center, a few km away from the most beautiful archaeological sites of Sicily, Agrigento, Eraclea Minoa and Selinunte.

The Ponenete Cottage consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
It is the ideal place for those who want to spend their holidays in absolute tranquility, in a rustic but at the same time comfortable environment.
Guests have access to the swimming pool is the newly built hot tub, the entire park - garden with adequate equipment for relaxing moments outdoors, barbecue, outdoor shower, wi-fi, shared laundry, parking.

For the little ones and for those who want to spend pleasant moments in contact with the animals, within the family farm, there is a farm with different types of animals, such as horses, donkeys, ponies, rabbits and much more.

It is possible to comfortably practice many sports such as golf or horse riding with wonderful horse riding by the sea, thanks to the sports centers that are in the immediate vicinity.

Lovely property

Really enjoyed our stay. Ignazio and his team were all very friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely and as not many properties on site we often had it to ourselves. Enjoyed exploring Sciacca in the evenings and lots of sandy beaches close by. Hope to go back one day, thoroughly recommend!

Beautiful accommodation

We loved it! Such a lovely set up. Beautiful location with lovely pool area, great views, a great outdoor kitchen area lovely towns, beaches and restaurants ashort drive away. The owners were fab, so welcoming with gifts of home made and homegrown produce on arrival and help with recommendations on where to go. Ggs from their chickens grown pears

We had a lovely 2 week stay at the property, can’t fault the place. Ignazio (and his family) were welcoming and helpful. The ‘estate’ is beautiful and the kids loved the pool and the animals. . There’s a nice sandy beach with beach cafe/low key water sports about 30 mins walk, which we visited and horse-riding through the olive groves at Centre Ipido was a highlight. (5 mins drive away). Car definitely recommended for longer stays as shops/restaurants are not nearby. Overall highly recommended!

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man benötigt.

Wir haben als Familie 12 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wenn doch, wurde es für uns sofort besorgt. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar. Der Pool war schön groß und für die Kinder das Beste. Das Anlage ist liebevoll angelegt. An jeder Ecke gibt es etwas zu entdecken. Die Wohneinheiten sind gut voneinander getrennt, sodass man trotzdem seine Privatsphäre hatte. Die Unterkunft war nicht groß, aber ausreichend und vor allem sauber. Das Mobiliar außen könnte eine kleine Auffrischung vertragen. Ein Mietwagen sollte vorhanden sein, damit man Einkäufe etc. erledigen kann. Der fußläufig erreichbare Stand ist leider nicht schön (steinig und leider mit Müll verschmutzt). Alles in allem ein schöner Ort um sich zu erholen und die Insel zu erkunden.

Wunderschöne Anlage, die zur Erholung einlädt

Wir verbrachten mit unseren beiden Kindern (5 und 8 Jahre alt) eine sehr entspannte und erholsame Woche in dieser liebevoll gepflegten Anlage. Die Besitzer waren äußerst gastfreundlich und bei Fragen und Tipps stets zur Stelle. Tolle Poolanlage, die wir täglich genutzt haben. Unsere Kinder erfreuten sich an den Tieren (Esel und co) und gingen mehrmals auf Eidechsen und Fröscheentdeckungstour.

Très bel endroit, très belle location

Tout d'abord, excellent accueil d'Ignacio (merci à sa maman pour le bon gâteau à notre arrivée) . Toute la propriété est extrêmement charmante, les jardins sont très beaux et très bien entretenus, le gîte lui même est plein de charme, calme, climatisé, il y a même les plantes aromatiques tout autour (basilic, menthe, verveine....). On se sent vraiment bien, même la piscine est un délice. Sciacca toute proche mérite une visite pour son charme. Je recommande.

Fijn appartement met fantastisch uitzicht

Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad bij Ignazio (erg vriendelijk) en zijn familie. Het complex(je) ligt op een heuvel met een bijzonder mooi uitzicht. De locatie is ook prettig; met genoeg te doen in de buurt. De kinderen hebben zich vermaakt in het zwembad!

Everything we needed for a self catering week plus a fab host

The cottage is in a beautiful setting, really well maintained by Ignazio & his family. The cottage came equipped with lots of little touches, which made self catering easy. The gardens and pool area beautifully cared for each day. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
