About this property

This villa is one of the three self catered villas of the complex “Emily Villas” with a shared pool and is located in the area of Sami, approx. 1 km away from the center. The villa is designed with purpose to emphasize the contact with nature and allow guests to enjoy the most of the time outdoors. Many relaxation areas are arranged and invite guests to relax while admiring the stunning mountain views and enjoy the summer breeze.
A big shared pool enriches the context surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas while on one side a nice pergola houses the built in barbecue, and next to it the outdoor dining area is a perfect spot to gather in the quiet summer evenings.
Within approx.15 km you reach the amazing Myrtos beach (voted one of the top ten beaches in the world). Also in approx. 5 km you will find Antisamos beach with stunning mountain view.
“Emily Villas” is an ideal base for exploring Kefalonia.

Perle auf Kefalonia

Der Komplex aus drei Häusern auf großzügigem mit Bäumen und Pflanzen begrünten Grundstück und großem Pool bietet Ruhe und Erholung pur, da es etwas abseits liegt (Auto empfehlenswert). Trotzdem ist man schnell in Sami - zur Not auch zu Fuß - mit seinen zahlreichen Tavernen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Unser komfortables Haus (z.B. nagelneue Waschmaschine) war mit allem, was man braucht, eingerichtet, auch wenn die Fotos (Mikrowelle?) nicht mehr ganz aktuell sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Da wir spät abends ankamen, haben wir das Begrüßungspaket mit teilweise befülltem Kühlschrank sehr begrüßt. Betreuung vor Ort sehr nett und unkompliziert. Nur wenige Punkte zur Optimierung: die Lampen im Haus waren sehr dunkel, obwohl schon LED (veraltete Generation). Die beworbenen Fahrräder waren nicht zu benutzen. Eine kleine Mappe mit Infos zum Haus und dessen Einrichtung / Benutzung wäre schön. Der Pool war gelegentlich (nicht immer) voll von Insekten, was man aber durch die bereitgelegten Köcher selbst beheben konnte.
