Peaceful boathouse located in a water activity-rich area

The villa is located in Stavoren and offers you the perfect holiday with both relaxing and adrenaline kicking activities. It is perfect for families as well as couples that want to get away and enjoy the authenticity of Friesland.

Stavoren being the oldest village of the 'elf steden tocht' offers you a wide range of water activities such as sailing, renting boats or going for a swim. Besides, you can enjoy the tranquility the village has to offer by renting bikes or take the car and drive through the endless green fields that will surround you.

With a rich sailing and boating environment, you can easily spot boats everywhere. Stavoren has multiple marinas where boats can be seen. From the house, you can also enjoy the boats coming by to enter the lock to the 'Ijsselmeer' where they will set sail to the horizon!

The boathouse is built in such a way, that you can enjoy the sun all throughout the day. The terraces are built on the northwest and the southeast side. This means you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner while sitting in the sun.
Furthermore, after accessing the house by stairs, there is a wide living room available to relax, play board games, or watch television.

The first floor offers four bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with one single bed. To refresh yourself there are two spacious bathrooms with both a shower, bath and a toilet.

If you wish to berth your boat next to the house, an additional €1,75 per ft. per night will be added to your stay. The maximum length to berth is 10 feet.

Finally, there is spacious free parking spot in front of the house.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen, die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt. Das einzige was ich bemängeln könnte war der fehlende, im Inserat angekündigte Whirlpool, wir haben ihn aber nicht wirklich vermisst.

Tolles, sehr großes Haus mit klasse Aussicht

Wir waren mit 6 Personen in dem riesigen Haus und es hat uns super gefallen. Riesiger Tisch in der Küche, gut ausgestattete Küche, 2 große Bäder + ein Gäste-WC, bequeme Betten, Sonos Musikanlage, ausreichend Parkplätze. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus am Wasser

Ein sehr schönes, sehr wertig eingerichtet und vor allem großes Haus. Für Wassersportler top, für alle anderen bietet die Unterkunft zu beiden Seiten einen tollen Ausblick auf die regelmäßig vorbeifahrenden Schiffe. Angebot für Kids sind nur begrenzt in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden. Ausflüge nach Lemmer und Sneek eine Reise wert! Kleine Vorwarnung: An Häusern in der Nähe des Wassers sind viele Spinnen vorhanden. Leider auch die ein oder andere Spinne drinnen, ist nicht immer zu verhindern. Toller 65 Zoll Fernseher in Wohnzimmer, wer ihn braucht ;-) Küche und Kühlmöglichkeiten riesig! Die gutr Fee vor Ort Geeske seeeehr freundlich und hatte tolle Tipps für uns. Liebe Grüße:-)

Prachtig huis op mooie locatie

Een heel ruim en mooi huis met twee ruime balkons. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Vanaf één balkon kun je bootjes kijken op het kanaal. Je moet goed ter been zijn, want er is een steile trap naar het huis. Stavoren is een gezellig stadje. Wij hebben maar een paar kleine minpuntjes gezien (tuin meubilair was vies en niet zo praktisch) en de prijs was erg hoog, daarom 4 sterren.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in einem tollen Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Aussicht ist einfach Traumhaft. Das Ein- und Ausschecken hat reibungslos geklappt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld verlief super und er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Erholsamer Osterurlaub im geschmackvollen Bootshaus

Wir haben in Stavoren einen sehr ruhigen und erholsamen Osterurlaub verlebt. Das Ferienhaus ist großzügig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Je nach Tageszeit und Sonne kann man zwischen den beiden Veranden wechseln. Ein Ofen in dem großzügigen Wohnbereich bietet zusätzlich Gemütlichkeit. Die Ausstattung des Bootshauses ist sehr gut und sauber. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!
