A House for Relaxation

A perfect place for relaxation is a typical Corfiot style house in a very quiet rural and relaxed location. A perfect place for relaxation and recharging your batteries

The house is situated in the area between Messonghi and Boukari south of Corfu, Greece. The house can sleep 4 persons and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large Kitchen and Living room. One bedroom has 2 single beds which could become one and the other bedroom has a double bed . The house is completely equipped. Linens are provided .

The area close to the house is ideal for those who are looking for relaxing holidays for families with children as well as for couples.. The balcony of the house is very big with sea view and there you can relax or enjoy your dinner. There is plenty of space around the house with huge olive trees , lemon trees and orange trees, nature at its best. Parking is available free of charge.
The house is 24km away from the Corfu airport / port and 150metres from the sea. The nearest village (Messonghi ) is 2.7km away with everything you need (super markets , bars ,restaurants, Bus Stop ,organised beach with a variety of water sports, Pharmacy, Medical Doctors etc. The nearest tavernas are approx. 600metres close to Boukari with traditional Greek environment and food . As the house is located in a countryside/rural area to rent a car is strongly suggested for your transportation
All of the good beaches of the island is very close to the house.
New Environmental Fee: Starting from January 1, 2025, in compliance with τhe new Law by the Greek government, a new Environmental Fee, will be implemented. This fee is charged per House, per night, and its amount varies based on the period of stay. For the House , it amounts to €8 per night from April until October and €2 per night from November to March. The fee will be collected from guests upon check-in. Please be aware that this fee is mandatory as per the new legislation.
