Beautiful property in Sicily with swimming pool surrounded by an authentic park of Sicilian citrus fruits. The property is located 1.5 km from the most famous beach of Trapani: the lido Marausa. The large property covers 2000 square meters of land and consists of two units right in front of the beautiful swimming pool: the first has 1 double bedroom and one twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and a living room with kitchen. Right in front of it we find the second unit. Here we find a living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms both with private bathroom with shower. The exterior is wonderful with many large areas, including a fully equipped barbecue area.

Bedrooms (4) and Bathrooms (3): 2 double bedrooms on the first unit; 1 double bedroom and 1 twin on the second unit; 2 bathrooms with shower on the first unit; 1 bathroom with shower on the second unit.

The electricity is included to a consumption of kWh 150 per week. Beyond that limit, it will have a cost of € 0.50 per kWh.
