This three bedroom/two and a half bath loft is the perfect choice for your next mountain getaway. Have your morning cup of coffee and enjoy the mountain & forest views, or head to your favorite bars & restaurants. Not into driving? Simply stow your car in the one-car garage and walk around or ride the free city bus anywhere you need to go!

Thoughtfully designed, this spacious abode is split over two levels and features tons of natural light with vaulted ceilings. As you walk in, you're instantly greeted with warmth and luxury on the main level and find a plush living area with a crackling fireplace, large flat screen TV, and seating for your whole group. Use the sliding glass doors and find a private balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for an apres cocktail. Hungry? This home features a gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dining area with seating for six, and a breakfast bar with additional seating for three.

Ready to rest easy? All three bedrooms are located on the lower level of the home, offering a perfect retreat whenever a little alone-time is needed. The Primary King Suite features a large attached ensuite bathroom with jetted tub. The King bedroom also has an attached "Jack & Jill" style bathroom which opens to the hallway. The bunk room is a great space for kids, featuring two Twin/Full bunk beds with additional Twin trundle. A Queen EZ bed is also available for guest use in the main level living area. Fabulous Family Ski Trip
We stayed here for Spring Break at the beginning of April 2024 and absolutely loved it. The customer service and communication exceeded my expectations. The condo is extremely well appointed but even the random couple of items we requested in addition were taken care of within hours. The location is pretty unbeatable. You'll walk to skiing, dining, shopping, etc. The condo itself was clean and the finishes were quality. I think our experience was as close to perfect as you can get on a ski vacation.

The location of this place is great. The owner has done well at having comfortable beds and sitting area. The kitchen is very nice, it’s not cluttered like some places we’ve stayed. Pictures of place are very accurate. Place is decorated nice and any questions we had were immediately answered. Hot tub is a walk but my teens didn’t mind at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Memorable Stay
Everyone I spoke with at Winter Park Lodging was polite and helpful (even the after hours on call person). The unit was clean and in great shape. Prime location. At no fault of anyone, it should be noted - ALOT of stairs are required for this unit. We had babies and an elderly couple making it a tad difficult to come and go. Otherwise, it was a perfection experience.
