About this property

Independent little house with one bedroom and double sofa bed in the living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower.
Patio with furnitures, area barbecue and amazing view in the countryside and on the sea of the northern Sardinian.
The closest sandy beach in Lu Bagnu is far away more or less 5 kms. The swimming pool is private (6X4 and 1,3 meters of the depth).
In our farm holiday complex there is and shared tennis court.

A little paradise on a hill with amazing views

We stayed at house for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. There is absolute privacy and the views are simply stunning. The house has everything one needs although it could use some maintenance here and there. But all that is forgotten once you jump in the private pool and enjoy the silence and beautiful sceneries from the top of the hill.

Tolle Aussicht aber leider etwas ungepflegt

Die Aussicht und der private Pool sind toll, leider ist das Haus etwas ungepflegt und viele Sachen sind kaputt. Undichte Dusche, kaputte Fensterläden, zerbrochene Lampen, Ameisen in der Küche, ... Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und gerade in der Nebensaison relativ kühl. Der Vermieter spricht nur Italienisch und war bei unserer Abreise sehr unpünktlich.
