We were not told the Lazy River or Pool would be closed

We booked several months in advance with choosing this property to revolve around a large family get together with numerus small children and pool time. We were not told during the booking that the Lazy River would be closed for maintenance and the pool is only 1/2 open for lack of employees/lifeguards until 3 days via email 3 days prior to leaving. We contacted both the VRBO owners and the motel, we never heard anything from the Owners and the Tahiti Resort had nothing to say other than they were sure we would still enjoy our stay (Seriously) I felt like turning 8 10 year olds loose in the halls with cans of spray paint, I know the resort would have scheduled said maintenance and sure would have figured owners of the Timeshare would have been given notice, you don't just wake up one day and decide to do major maintenance and close the water features. Nothing was offered by either party after we found out the situation. Which I personally booked my stay through VRBO and was not told anything, but others in the group booked direct through Tahiti Resort and was not told. Very poor business ethics.

very pleasant stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. Very clean, pool area and lazy river area nice and employees very nice and pleasant and helpful also. my only negative about the stay was the dryer in the unit did not work and the washer is not the friendliest to function either, it did work though. We were in Las Vegas for a basketball tournament and needed to wash uniforms daily so this was annoying not to have work well. The kids enjoyed to activities and game room. We would recommend staying here and would stay again if we have kids with us on our stay in Las Vegas.

Great Stay

I found this condo to be a great surprise. It was much larger than it appears in the listing photos. It was also newer and nicer than I had expected. Very clean and well appointed. The price was so good I honestly didn't have the highest expectations, but I couldn't be happier with my stay. The resort was also very nice, and the staff was very accommodating. The booking and arrangements were extremely easy, and I had no issues or surprises at all. Another great surprise was the heated lazy river. Outdoor swimming in December was a fantastic added benefit. I would definitely stay here again. 5 Stars, all the way around!
