The perfect retreat after a hard day at work or at play. Just minutes from all of the razzle-dazzle that Las Vegas has to offer, this resort setting is the ideal place to return to. Float in the pool in summer, warm yourself by the fire in winter, or relax in the Jacuzzi any time of the year.

When you’re ready to paint the town red, you don’t have far to go. The Palms and the Rio are 5 minutes walk or one minute drive (see pics). The strip is only 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive. Then come home, kick your shoes off and enjoy all the comforts of home--cable television, wifi, a well-stocked kitchen, your very own in-condo laundry room, and most importantly, brand new comfy beds. The décor is tasteful and soothing. The photographs don’t begin to do it justice. Secured parking is plentiful and free. You can park next to the condo. Visit our newly built exercise room.

Whether it is Outlet shopping, Golfing, Family entertainment, Gambling, Conventions, Fremont Street, site seeing or a conference, you'll find easy access from our condo.

For the not so fit, we're on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Decent place for the cost

Decent place for the price. Tile flooring needs repairs or replaced. Smoke detector battery was low and beeping. But the stay was good for our short trip.

Excellent Condo!

Keurig, Normal coffee pot, cold a/c, and one of the best showers I've ever had! It was like standing under a hot waterfall! We walked everywhere, safe sidewalks over the highway to the strip - maybe 1/2 mile or so to Caesars.

Needs much tlc

This unit was clean but in much need of some professional detailing. Many broken floor tiles some were glued back down but no grout. One before the master wasnt even glued down. The couch felt like it would fall over when you sat on it. All the furniture was clearly 2nd hand. I know we were in Vegas and basically needed a place to sleep. All three beds had mattresses that were worn out. The kitchen was fine. There clearly has been professional work done to upgrade it. Again nice and clean but in need of some repairs. You can read about these same issues from reviews months ago.

Mediocre property, owner/host from hell

We decided to stay at this property because of the nice pool, proximity to the strip and Vrbo has this owner listed as a “premier host.” Once we arrived at the property, the A/C was not on, note we were in Las Vegas in the summer… It was over 110 degrees outside and 85 degrees in the unit. Because of the age of the building, it took the A/C system over 10 hours to cool the unit to a bearable temperature. The internet also was not in working order. After running into these issues, we contacted the host and received no response, this started Friday 7pm, so we decided to go to the pool. The host left notes saying the key fob for the pool was in the desk near the door. The key fob was nowhere in the unit, we searched every drawer, closet and space keys could be kept. Again, we contacted the owner to no response. At this point we were VERY irritated, and felt we were wasting our time on our vacation and not able to use the amenities we had paid for. We finally heard back from the host Saturday at 9:45pm to be told he is completely unavailable Friday evening through Saturday evening. This was not disclosed on the listing or prior to arriving. He said the keys must have not been returned by the previous guests and provided no alternative. He also did not address the internet issues or explain why the A/C was not turned on prior to our arrival. Since we had spent a whole day trying to contact him and were not able to use the amenities we requested a refund for one night of our stay. The owner refused, and instead offered us $100 via Venmo if we left him a positive review after our stay. This was not the cost of one full night and in our view was essentially extortion. We outright refused and told him we’d be going to Vrbo. He told us that he couldn’t offer us anything else and we never heard anything else from him for the duration of the trip. We have been in contact with Vrbo numerous times and the matter has been escalated to their violation team for further review. Avoid this property at all costs!!

Amazing host, amazing place, amazing experience in Vegas. This place was way cheaper than hotels and you get the kitchen, bedrooms, etc. We didn't have a car while staying, but we could easily walk to Walgreens and restaurants in 5-10 minutes. Walked to the flamingo (center strip) in 30 minutes. Ride sharing is readily available this if you're not a walker. Plus taxis are everywhere. The condo has a little balcony to sit on outside and is spacious inside. There's cable if you're gonna hang out there. The washer and dryer inside the unit was super convenient. The gate has a security person at all times, so it felt very safe. The host was a quick to answer questions by message in the app. He was an excellent communicator too. Before arriving, we had all the information we needed to get in and access everything. I definitely would stay here again if I came back to Vegas.

Very close to the strip and a little over a mile from Allegiant Stadium. The house is cozy, has towels, and Mike was very responsive for my needs. The pool and lazy river is very nice as well.

EDC weekend

Everything about this place was convenient. We stayed for EDC weekends. Matt did not price gauge this place at all. He did not cancel on us, and made it very easy to check in. I do wish it wasn’t on the third floor, but that’s me being overly exhausted from our weekend. The place has a balcony, 2 pools, a gym , and a spa. Matt is very generous with ensuring all the we were informed of all the amenities this place comes with. Thank you!

Aged condo in apartment complex 30 min walk from Strip

The condo was part of a large complex which also offers a gym and a small communal pool. The larger pool was closed due to improper maintenance during our stay. Las Vegas Boulevard (Strip) is more than "a stone's throw"away, you need at least 30 minutes on foot. The flat is large but dated and poorly maintained. The air conditioning was loud and not very effective, the fittings in the bathrooms were loose, as were some of the floor tiles. The kitchen barely has enough glasses, the equipment is poor compared to other accommodation in this price category. The communication was not very smooth. We only received the check-in information the night before (when we went through the Fewo Direkt support line) because the host did not respond to messages beforehand. The location is good, everything can be reached quickly by car (parking is free within the complex, but expensive in the city). The apartment complex is old but nice.

The location is a 5 min ride from the Vegas strip, everything was super accessible in terms of things to do, shopping locations, swimming at the two pools available, etc. We got there right for 3pm and everything was clean! Check in was smooth, no concerns!

Not safe for kids

You get what you pay for. The place is falling apart and not safe for babies - like, AT ALL! It was a safe place for us to sleep. Don't count on using the wi-fi. The signal wasn't even strong enough to use any streaming services on the tv.

Great location! We walked to the 24 hour Walgreens for drinks & snacks. We walked to the Rio, twice! We saw Penn & Teller make an elegant disappear and had a $$ breakfast. Friends drove us the the Strip to explore at see a concert. It was nice to get back to a quiet place after Vegas sensory overload.

Great place but needs a deep cleaning and some repairs and better mattresses

It was easy to book, check in, communication was excellent. The place could rent for double if the tile floors were fixed, and it had better kitchen appliances and mattresses. The kitchen also had lots of crumbs in drawers, and drawer below the oven. We ended up buyimg storage containers and cups because there weren't any. I'd stay there again, but I'd be more prepared next time with basic cooking tools and paper plates. Needs a different cleaning team between guests. The laundry was older but worked great!!

PACK EXPO

The appt was very convenient to the strip and convention center. The beds in the two guest rooms were badly broken on one side. The garbage disposal didn't work The drains in the bathrooms didn't work well (both the sink and the tubs) The Kitchen was poorly stocked with drinking glasses and eating utensils. There were some loose tiles in the hallway The property seemed to be safe, with controlled access and a guard on duty 24/7. Multiple pools, a hot tub and lazy river were nice.
