An exceptional property ran by marvelous hosts. The property was very clean and well equipped. Communication was above and beyond and the hosts even had the home cooled down for our arrival. We'll definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Las Vegas.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Kitchen was well equipped, including spice cabinet that was loaded. Furniture was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the large dining area. Bedrooms all had king sized beds and everyone slept well. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Girls weekend was a success!

I rented this house for my friends bachelorette party and it was perfect! Cute decor and plenty of room for all of us. I also contacted the owner for a few things and she was quick to respond and very nice! Would absolutely stay here again.

Magnificent stay

Was great, Initially I was concerned as it was priced so reasonable (especially having a pool). Location is great, straight shot to Fremont, strip, airport and highway. Area has some of the best "old School" Vegas spots that locals know about (and seasoned tourist). House has literally EVERYTHING you need, the owner was very thoughtful in making sure it was set up for a good stay. Not one complaint, great home and great host.

Beautiful spacious family home.

I really liked this spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath home. It provided us with lots of room but close enough to stay connected with one another. Me and my family were there for a family reunion and this location was perfect only 15 minutes away from others who were either staying on the strip or off. It was extremely hot and the pool was such a nice added touch after being out all day. This place has it all and the hostess was so gracious and kind always there when we needed her. I would definitely consider coming back here again if ever in Vegas.

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that our home worked out so well for your family reunion. It's great to know that the spacious layout allowed everyone to stay connected while still having their own space, and we're glad the location was convenient for your group's plans. We completely agree—the pool is a perfect way to cool off after a hot day in Vegas! It was a pleasure hosting you, and we're so happy to hear that you felt well taken care of. We would love to welcome you back anytime! Safe travels and hope to see you again soon!

The location is not ideal and the neighborhood was not safe. Overall, the property was spacious but several of the facilities were unsatisfactory. The bathroom exhaust fans and shower doors were not working properly and created a bad experience.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear the stay didn’t fully meet your expectations. Regarding your comment about the neighborhood, I received no reports of any safety concerns during your visit, and after reviewing exterior camera footage, I didn’t observe any incidents or activity suggesting a safety issue. I also reached out for clarification about what specifically felt unsafe, but didn’t receive a response. The area is considered quiet and residential, and previous guests have consistently rated it positively for location and comfort. I do appreciate you noting the bathroom fan and shower door concerns—those have since been inspected and addressed

This property is an absolute gem and provided the perfect local getaway while we had some major home renovations, specifically new flooring, underway in our own home. Since it is located so close to our own home, it made the logistics of the transition incredibly smooth and stress-free, and it was great to have a place that accepted pets. The first thing you’ll notice is the fantastic kitschy vibe. The decor is fun, colorful (tastefully), vibrant, and full of personality, creating a unique atmosphere that feels far more special than a standard rental. It is clear that a lot of thought went into making the space feel both playful and welcoming.Beyond the appearance, accommodations were exceptionally comfortable. We needed a reliable place to work from home during our stay, and the environment was quiet, well-organized, and conducive to productivity. It truly felt like a "home away from home" where we could maintain our professional routine without any disruptions.Communication was also top-notch. The host was incredibly helpful and promptly responded to every message we sent. Having such a communicative and attentive host made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out.If you are looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-managed property for a staycation or a temporary relocation, we cannot recommend this spot enough!

We had an overall good stay. The home was very clean, and the host was exceptionally kind and responsive throughout our visit. We also really enjoyed the plunge pool — it was a great feature, especially during the Vegas summer.A few things are worth knowing before booking. The property felt more dated in person than it appears in the photos. Also, the thermostat could not be set below 70 degrees. The host explained that the HVAC system couldn’t accommodate a lower setting during the extreme summer heat. If, like us, you prefer a cooler room for sleeping, this is something to be aware of, and we would have appreciated knowing that before booking. There were also a few minor maintenance/convenience items — some lights and outlets weren’t working, and we would have loved outlets near the bedside nightstands for charging phones. Overall, though, the property was clean, the pool was enjoyable, and the host was extremely responsive and pleasant to work with.
