Wonderful Stay Near Strip!

House was wonderful, beautiful pool, built in sound system, nice bbq area, massive TV in the house. Pretty much anything you could want, and Rex was a great host! He even came by in the mornings to scoop leaves out of the pool because it was so windy. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Rex is super easy to work with. The photos don’t do justice to the house. This was the perfect location for us who did not want to stay on the strip, but close to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house

We stayed here to see the Dead at the Sphere. We did rent a car, which helped for groceries and get around, but an uber is an option. Location was great. The house accommodated 8 of us no problem with a wonderful pool and bbq grill in the backyard. Highly recommend the house

This property is wonderful with lots of amenities inside and out. The pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen are wonderful. Rex was extremely prompt with communication and very attentive. This property is also close to everything. I will be back.

Hell of a stay

This is the best Vrbo that’s closest to the strip everything was only a five to ten min drive. The owner is communicative friendly and very professional. I am always staying here with my family when I come to vegas

Beautiful house

The owner Rex is a very nice man and was there to show us around when we arrived. The house and property are beautiful and large enough to accommodate our party of 8. We had plenty of room to sleep, cook and hang out by the pool/jacuzzi. The outdoor kitchen was perfect! Highly recommend this property! We will definitely rebook with Rex next time we are in Vegas!

Family Fun

This is a great place for families with older kids who like pools, hot tubs, playing pool and volleyball with an outside court! The casita was perfect for extra guests who want their own privacy. Very convenient to everything we wanted to see. I would definitely stay here again. Quiet neighborhood and relaxing atmosphere.

Spent two weeks at this beautiful home. Very well appointed with lots of large screen tvs and is very spacious and comfortable. Location is absolutely perfect being about a 3 minute drive from the strip. Everything you need is available for your stay. Bathrooms are very nicely designed with greats showers. Additional living space in the garden is brilliant too and just adds to the excellent accommodation provided. Outdoor space is the best I have seen in many years of holiday home rental. Outdoor kitchen is great, pool and spa area is excellent and the overall plot the home sits on is amazing. Area is very quiet and secure with a good local community. The beds are very comfortable and the garage is great for keeping the car out of the heat so the AC doesn’t need to work so hard when you get in the car to go out. Rex, the owner is an amazing host. He is always on hand to help with anything you may need and is very friendly and approachable, a great source of local info and giving good tips on where to visit/eat etc. We will definitely be in touch to stay again on our next visit to Vegas. It’s great to know we have somewhere so perfect to stay in on our future visits. Thanks Rex! Steven, Joanne and Eleanor
